And sometimes it's not always about psychological things. It's about missing out on the world as well. Most people say that they are gambling to relieve stress, then I guess the right way to do that is do research on how to relieve stress. Seen a lot of people saying they spend 8+ hours per day gambling, that sounds like it's borderline addiction to me. Unless you are making significant money and are easily net positive I can't see why anybody would be gambling for that long. the more you play, the more you lose, unless you're playing with such insignificant amounts that it doesn't matter. But then why are you even gambling in the first place if not for the thrill of winning big, surely it can't be for the gameplay as almost all blockchain games are complete trash in comparison to an AAA or even indie game.

I think depend on what games i will played because if sport betting then it took less than 1 hour because i only pick the particular teams and leave the game but if i playing other games such as poker i think it took more time but indeed i'm not regular gambers and rare to gamble daily but my longest time stay in gamble was 2 hours

I think it depends on the persons mood. When I’m really in the mood I could go on for hours but, if I just want to play for fun or when I’m just waiting for someone, I usually just play 30 minutes since I like watching gambling videos rather than playing.
