Well hopefully you didn't need that car much because depending on your research skills this is like taking a part of a lottery with your car money. But since you are not even interested of investing into existing cryptos, it makes me think that you might not know what you are doing and i highly doubt that you are getting enough returns, if at all.

If he was investing money in bitcoin or in an altcoin like ethereum even if I would disagree with the idea of selling something as important as a car to invest in an speculative asset of which he knows nothing I could understand it, but he wants to do all of this to invest in an ico or an ieo when we know the chances of success are less than 10%, and that percentage only applies if you have experience investing in this market already, since he is a newbie the chances of success are probably less than 5%.

Investment is a common thing for many people to do, where they can lose money and be lucky. just how do you analyze it well so it does not lose.

You can return your money if the IEO project you choose shows a positive trend, but if it is negative you must be prepared to lose your money and even everything.
But if you already want to invest, I think you should diversify some IEO projects to reduce your risk of loss.

Our friend has the burning sensation on his decision and we should respect that. This a big risk for me to consider, since selling a valuable things like car just for an IEO investment is somewhat a brave actions. It's a case to case basis, whether each project that we are involved with will prosper, so as we expect for the return of our money I can't guarantee to avoid being emotional in the long run. Human nature will exist, worries, anxieties and panic will tend to happen along the journey of the project.

Selling your car just to invest in IEO or ICO is really a tough decision to return the investments instantly. And make it sure at your rank newbie has a lot of things learned in investing because even old investors in IEO or ICO aren't able to make a guarantee with that.

I do not follow much IEO or ICO. even now I don't do both and focus more on trading in the market. not only because of the many scams but not many new coins that can survive in the market now. even some there is no development after 1 year of the project running. indeed not all projects are like that, but you can see most existing projects like that.

It depends on what exchanges that held IEO itself, if the IEO held in big exchanges like okeX, huobi, binance i'm sure they will be very sucessful because of the demands of those IEO tokens are high and the price must be hihger after it officially listed on the exchanges. But some exchanges are held IEO with bad projects and also some of them are paid projects that can be list on their exchange. So, even an IEO will be listed on an exchange after it held, we still have to be do more research about the project before we investing

But what do you mean by successful? Many think of a successful ieo as one that gave profits but that is not a successful coin in my mind, many of the coins that were released in good exchanges go through a pump and dump and then go down again and never recover and no one ever hears of them again, we must recognize the truth, the days where any new coin could get a lot of funding and then get a huge support coming from the community seem to be over.

At the current market condition, you are one brave guy to sell your car to go for ICO/IEO instead of Bitcoin and other top coins in the market, other will think wise, I hope you invested what you can afford to lose, I can't tell if your decision is right or wrong you should check, study and verify your option not asking others, it's your money anyway, you should be responsible for it.

If follow means make investment maybe 2 local ICO, Futurax and Waletoken. And both already be dead coins. I think some developers need to make research or we as investor must know what actually that developers aim. Both of project that i joined, revealed that actually have 1 developers, only use other people to act as CEO. I think real identity not guarantee the project is legit because we don't know who behind the project.

if your assets are only minimal, not excess, then maybe in my opinion, vice versa.

It's not clear whether Op has already sold his car or not but it will be actually true if OP is not active again to give feedback to the existing post from another user. So many sites have made comparison which is the profitable funding investment right now between IEO and ICO. that must be clear about that.

Good for you. From my perspective, i am not following any coin at the moment besides bitcoin movement in the market. The last IEO i participated was Harmony. I won a lottery ticket and cashed out at x7. Since then, i have lost all or most of the money holding bnb whike trying to get into elrond and finally Perlin. So i am currently on a break to re-evaluate my stance. If you find a good IEO like One, then it will be a worthwhile investment for you

I agree with you that most of the IEO from other companies is as useless as ICO as all I see is just manipulation in the price after which they experience very massive dump which I have seen lots of people really complain about it, but for binance, this is a very sure project that has never failed someone's, and if you hear that they are releasing their IEO, just know that the investor should be expecting immediate profit in their investment.

Ah, what i means is for some people. Because yeah we know some people maybe can get profit from IEO and ICO, but not all people can do it. It is like something that not fit for everyone, but for some people. Because not resist out there some of people can get profit with it. Like not for all, but only for some people. It is very hard to earn money on crypto market at the moment and I believe this down trend would last for a year or two. No altcoin is raising whatever happens, so invest in BTC, but do not sell it until 2023.

I followed many ico and IEO because i just joined in thier bounty campaign but out of 20 of the projects ive supported only 2 of them has become successful. So better to make a research before investing in a project.

for now it is better invest in IEO projects than ICO. check binance and bittrex they are conducting IEO on thier exchange.
But always keep in mind that only invest what you can afford to lose.

Exchanges had a great factor in terms of IEO, but some exchanges faking the numbers for the sake of sale, that is the main hindrance for the sale of IEO on those unknown exchange. Imagine the sale hit the target but in reality the token sale was unsuccesful.
