Hello Everyone,
My question is: How many people bought Bitcoin because of you?

Can one person make a difference? Until today more than 10 people bought Bitcoin because of me and I want to know how much influence do we have on people around us so we can understand how effective we are in spreading Bitcoin worldwide.

Let's See who is the most influential person Smiley

Thanks for participating !!!

This is a nice poll. Thanks for having thought of this. And it made realize that I have only influenced 5 or less people to buy Bitcoin. Well, that is as far as I can remember. I hope I have also piqued the curiosity of some other people to whom I shared a little information about Bitcoin. They could have researched more on it and eventually started buying their own BTC.

If I were to count, I realized I influenced three good persons. They already invested in bitcoin, somehow I changed 3 lives of my two relatives and a friend of mine. Now, they are part of this great and advanced technology. So glad, I tend to introduced bitcoin to them. They are really happy that I let them know the good things about investing into it. Though the risks is always here, but the moment they will learn how to manage it, the better they become.

I try not to be too aggressive when I'm explaining bitcoin to people and I tell them that there is always a risk that it will crash in the future.  No one knows what the future holds and it 10 years bitcoin could be completely useless, I don't think that will happen but it is possible.

I have invited around 5 to 10 people to buy bitcoin, at first I just invited them and they were interested, but indeed they were hard to believe that Bitcoin really existed, so I explained and finally they believed and they immediately bought bitcoin because of me.

1 or 2 I think, that just include a friend and someone that I know. I do want people to invest in these crypto currencies but it is just that I don't want to butt in myself and told them about this. So I just answer some people that know I am investing in such currencies. It is not that much but I hope they can do the things I can't, that includes inviting other people in.

Pretty good question. To be honest i still have some hesitations about if i should encourage people more to make them buy BTC.
In general i don’t wanna put myself at risk by causing some people to buy some BTC or another cryptocurrency. I mean, what if they lose and then blame me, what if they don’t wait enough to see the best profit... ?
Nevertheless i encouraged my younger brother and my bestfriend to buy some Btc.

until now I have affected more than 10 people, 8 people have been buying and investing in bitcoin but the remaining 2 people still consider to invest because of the fear of the risks that may occur later in the day. but I always encourage their investment in bitcoin because in the future its value will go up significantly, associated risks can be properly managed.

For me I can't really say I have made people buy Bitcoin but I have been able to make about 20 people understand the true purpose and ideology of Bitcoin and the entire crypto space.  I try my possible best to educate people to understand about blockchain teechnology and cryptocurrency.  But I have been able to influence my friends to invest in other cryptocurrencies but not Bitcoin.

Does influencing someone to earn bitcoin and use platforms that are crypto base count? I have some friends who earn bitcoin now because of me. And some now chooses to make sports bet through sports book that uses bitcoin or altcoins.

I have tried to educate people about bitcoin but it seems most of them really don't believe in its survival even after a decade lol.

That is true to my experience as well. Even after seeing the price of bitcoin pumping to its ath and having multiple platforms that uses bitcoin and other crypto, they still does not see its value. Maybe they are just too afraid of new technologies.

With the circle of friends that are really interested about bitcoin, around 4 bought because of me after they've seen some good results of the market on me but this was during the all time high.

Two of them started to sell at loss last year and only two remained to be strong and firm. The remaining two happily boasted their profits to me while the other two were regretting what they've done. I didn't convinced these people to buy, they bought even though I told them to study further.

I used to work as a consultant and broker for people who want to buy/sell bitcoin through exchanges but after some legal unconsciousness I had to stop it few years ago. So I would say more than 500 people but the amount might not be big in every cases, some want to buy a bulk without having any knowledge about crypto market and some really want to learn how crypto works by putting small amount of money.

Right now I am more focused on my own trading activities rather than helping others for small portion of commission. Giving investment ideas to other specially for crypto is worthless, most of the new buyers wants to buy at top so loss is imminent and you are the one who will get blame for those losses  Grin

According to my advice there were buyers, but I did not tell them they had to do it in absolute. I always give information about crypto and possible risks. But the amount depends on him/herself. To me, that is the truth so I do not want to be guilty when the price goes down.

STOP SNITCHIN'
Hello Everyone,
My question is: How many people bought Bitcoin because of you?

Hopefully zero. Tongue

I hate the idea of giving other people investment advice. I can flip some altcoins here and there, but I am no market guru. If I told someone to buy, the market might crash for the next year straight. I'd feel horrible about that, so I never tell people to buy.

I drop hints that I use and trade Bitcoin sometimes, but I stick to the technology and general beginner stuff. I'm open about the fact that I think the price will be much higher someday, but when the discussion turns towards personal investments, I steer the subject elsewhere and tell them they're on their own.

I have direct impact only on 3 people, who bought bitcoin because of me. But I have helped quite a few to understand how bitcoin/blockchain is working and cough their interest. I gave Bitcoin as a Christmas gift as well Smiley So overall I hope I have contributed enough to keep the bitcoin world grow Smiley

I find it very difficult to get someone to invest in the bitcoin, due to the risk inherent in it, I wouldn't be responsible for anybody's losses.
Even with that said I still try to talk to at least one or two people about the opportunities that one can find in the system.
Its not so easy to get people to understand that it's no gambling or ponzi scam, due to the negativity all around the internet.
I feel for speedy adoption we should all try to talk to at least one person per day about the bitcoin and blockchain technology.

I used to sell bitcoin locally on LBC. I sold to more than 1000 people totalling over 6M dollars. I like to think that I helped spread bitcoin in the Kansas city area in some small way.
