Topic: How many with the account stil locked at MtGox? - page 2. (Read 2801 times)
I have claimed my account. However, the password is not working and I can't login. I previously managed to check my account status with that password so this is interesting. Status page now rejects my password too. Any ideas other than contacting Mt.Gox directly?
How much extra info and such did you give? Is there any reason they might me extra careful, like do you have a ton in there, or did you try to recover from a different IP address?
My account is still locked as well.
