I listen to my favorite song in the morning to gain my energy for working all day.
I motivated myself to work by means thinking of my family. If i will not go to work there will be no food to share with my kids. So if u want find yours better to find ur BIG WHY in life.. BEst of luck

Reward yourself
My motivation to work, I have a family of children and wife need to eat. Do not until they starve and then get sick. Because it will be more troublesome. Even our needs not only have desire to rich and live well.that makes me motivated to always work hard.
Actually my work motivation is less but I think, if I do not work when I get married ,,
Perhaps life in need can motivate us to work hard. If life is full, wealth, people will work less and enjoy more.
My motivation in working is to earn a lot of money and to get a good career
I motivate myself by thinking of my goals and my parents. Those things are the ones that is keeping me to be motivated at work and to work harder for my future goals.

at home we have dependents who are always waiting for us to go home with money, so there is no reason for us to be lazy to work .. good work
