The first step that can be started to foster motivation is to stop comparing yourself with others. Whenever experiencing a failure or disappointment, do not be discouraged by the success of others. You better save energy to build confidence and make improvements. Because, if you blame yourself let alone others for the failures that occur, it will only increasingly pursue your motivation.

How motivate yourself to work?
The easiest way to motivate yourself is to think that the job you are working on is not difficult. There is nothing better to motivate than to remind yourself why you have done this work specifically as a top priority, such as the goals you will achieve or the position you will gain Complete it.

Motivation is like taking a bath. You have to do it daily. Successful people knows how to motivate themselves because they have a goal. I suggest you set a CRYSTAL CLEAR GOAL of what you want to achieve in life that it makes you so excited to jump out of bed. Every morning, visualize it until it becomes embedded in your subconscious mind. Listen to upbeat music to keep yourself pumped up and to raise your energy! 😊 And most importantly, act on your goal! Motivation and action is a perfect combination. 😊

Don’t Think About it as Hard Work
 Create Small, Bite-Sized Goals
 Read Daily
Stop Caring About the Things That Don’t Matter
 Set a Quit Time
 Just Do It
 Celebrate Wins

Pretty good and complete list. Anyway, I’d add one more thing: to set a special time for thinking through latest mistakes and achievements.
I just really like how it feels when I know that I just did something important, it helps me to move on. So does the understanding of mistakes and possibilities to avoid them.

Set goals, think of the reasons why you have to work. But the best way is to think positive. Try to have your dreamjob. Because if you love your job you will never think of it as a job.

the work that we are living now, suppose to work as worship, because by working we can support the family and provide benefits for others, work is also the trust of God and the boss who entrusted to us,
imagine if today we lose the job we are in , then we will surely love our work very much.

Create Small, Bite-Sized Goals

 Celebrate Wins

These 2 are my major strategy, especially on large scale projects. I sent SMART goals, focusing on making sure they are achievable, and I celebrate small wins. It's moderation though, if a small win takes me 30 mins to accomplish, I don't reward myself with an hour of 'free time'. Celebrations are inline with the effort each win takes, but it's important to recognize these so that you focus on the growth and positive change of your work/project.

The best way to motivate yourself is to organize your life so you don't have to. If work is a constant battle for you, perhaps it is time to start thinking about a new job.

I just think about the reason why I'm working. Just by thinking about them (my family) is enough to motivate me and strive more.
