Well you're forunate that you've lost only that amount. There are people who not only lose money but a lot more. Ever heard of rhe resorts world casino incident in the philippines? That guy is an example of how much you can lose if you let gambling dictate your life decisions

yes everybody must be grateful on what you have achieved so far and preventing better than cure as always so before you get addicted and lost a lot of things not just materials but more than that , better to looking for a psychologist to get psychotherapy to help you quit gambling.

Can we know the extent to which we have become addicted to gambling so that we think we need the help of a psychologist and is possible with that way will help someone get out of gambling because gambling addiction is different from drug addiction.

that's good to hear , but i still believe that mostly when you gambling you would tend to break every rules you have made include about making limitation , the emotion always beat you to stay calm but place bet in hurry due you want your money back when you lost it and you want your winning turn to another winning continuously which it's clearly impossible to happened.

Its really a serious threat but before you do decide to go into specialist better to make the first step on which you would analyze on the mistakes that you done because help from others would still be useless if you dont seriously take up on quiting gambling. The amount that i can afford to lose on gambling is the money that i only save on it no other than that.I dont go on beyond limitations when it comes to money.

no , you have to understand that a professional psychologist exist because there is a lot of successful case where an addict have been complately recovered and having a normal life , a gambling psychology problem has been studied for years too .

it must be work otherwise it is just the matter how good your psychologist service.

If I have enough amount of bitcoin in my wallet and I don't have a lot's of expenses to spend for maybe I can afford to loss at around 0.01 btc just for fun gambling games. After playing that certain amount I will about to set that budget only for that particular activity. Whether I loss it ir win from it, still I will be happy and have the benefits of stress relieving activity that provides me a good ways of enjoying life.

When I gamble I do the same thing, I bring a fixed amount of cash with me or if its online I deposit a fixed amount. Then I can go crazy and I gamble with the knowledge I'm doing all or nothing and not bringing anything back with me unless its big. This way I limit my losses to about a days wage at worst.

That's true, it would help you a lot if you do it like that. It's like limiting your ways on being able to gamble, depositing a fixed amount could help you. What do you mean gambling knowledge? In what games do you play? Do you do poker, dice, etc. It depends on what is the game.

The question is how much you can lose with gambling? And you didn't gave any figure on how much you attain to gamble and lose when you play. It's given that we can lose everything when we are not on the right state of mind because even I can lose up to 1 bitcoin before if I don't have an idea that bitcoin's price is possible to increase.
