It depends on your self tolerance in gambling,

You can't actually compute how much can you lose, especially if you are an avid gambling player.

If you want to regulate your money and want to know every penny that comes out of your pocket, then it is recommended that you set an amount to put at stake every week or month.

In that way you can compute how much you can lose.

You can lose up to the last centavo of your money if you will not stop gambling even if you have already been losing big, the control is really very important and that is to minimize our loses and to get the right entertainment in gambling, excessive gambling can never do good.

And if you are not a good manager of your money then you can going to lose a lot of money as long as you have money in your pocket you are going to lose it all. Because in my experience even though I have plan and I have my safe haven when I already lose $20 I will going to stop but it tends that I still have money in pocket so I continued to lose that too.

For me also same if I count from the first day of my gambling I don't know how much I lost. But my recent progress is I lost around 0.02 BTC in sports betting. I lost my bet in Football match, and It was expected match so I placed a high bet on that match. My bad luck finals minutes I lost my game. 0.02 BTC is high amount I don't know when I will get this amount back.

everyone wouldn't able to find how much themselves got lost and got a winning. unless they used bankroll management and all the things are recorded / written well since beginning you gamble , very rare. but i can say people should forget the losses it's could hurt you later. just foorget it and move forward.

i think it depending on the day if it is really a bad luck day then you can really lose a big mount of bitcoin but it also depend on your strategy, if your strategy is to invest a limited bitcoin in gambling then you can only lost such amount of bitcoin,

i have limited my lost and win, therefore i cannot lost more than limit, although in past i have lost so many bitcoins in one time through gambling but now i have limited my lost and win so i do gambling tell that limit and do not try to exceed that limit,

This is also what I afford to lose as I gamble if I do. I just want to have fun and I don't want to take the risk to my bitcoins daily.

And I just want to be always on the safe place so that whenever rage is going to come to me because of losing then I can manage to give it up.

I'm always applying the "gamble what you afford to lose."

I often loose control when I have loosing streaks in chain. I don't want loose nothing but can't stop this happening as this is inevitable in gambling. I usually use separate wallet for gambling bets to avoid big losses but sometimes I entered in main wallet to recover and had much more loss. I can afford maximum 0.05 BTC to loose not more than this.

You are a genius that you play gambling with such a lower value, there are some people who bet for some bigger amount and lose all of them, so for the topic I will say that those who bet high amount of their money will lose higher while those who will bet smaller amount will lose smaller amount.
