My investment would be less than 1 btc. Because, in my opinion, holding and trading with bitcoin have a better potential than any ICO investment to bring good profits in the future.

Usually I only put between 1-2 ETH as I don't want to throw all my money into an ICO.

I invest in ICO 15 percent of all my investments. I know that this is a very risky investment and therefore the percentage is so small. My friends invest in 1-3 bitcoins and this is their entire capital.

Sometimes it is better to buy coins after the ICO, so I don't invest in ICO. Also because there are a lot of scam ICO without any future.

Around $50 - $100, but After extensive research and If i find it to tick the boxes
I will invest what I am prepared to loose, the most I have put into an ICO
Around $100, cause it can be risky, but if you get it right you can make a lot,
Due to the risk I'm not willing to put more than $100.

I can invest below 2BTC although not in one ICO. I will spread it into so many ICOs  and buy into the penny price ICO which  with  small amount of money will give me much volume.

I do invest but it depends on project to project. I always do vast research before putting my money in ICO's because some time it can be very profitable and risky too. I normally invest average 500$ but invest only when I have full confidence in the ICO.

if I'm confident with an ICO, I usually invest between 2-10 ETH because I know, I'll have the advantage of maybe 2 or 3 times my investment, if you want to choose a good ICO, I suggest you follow the daneel project, you can start buying DAN token on this website https://daneel.io/

I usually if I want to join an ico first read the website of the project and after that if I'm sure I just invest.

Hey guys

Just wondering what others normally invest in each ICO they invest in and see what the rough average is

Thanks
The maximum i usually spent for ICO is 0.3BTC So far it is worth the risk as long as you do your diligence in research  if the project is worth it and if the people behind this team have a good credibility in the industry.

I'm not too negative-minded about because 1 out of 10 ico or I am a scam and that's what keeps me neutral to both, and for the future I think most ico at this time is very potential!

I usually invest in an ICO between 1-5 Ethereum while i am joining. The amount invested change according to ICO conditions. I want to raise my earnings by joining different ICOs.

I invest 10% of my capital in ICO and it's less than 1 bitcoin.
If I suddenly invest in ICO-scam-it would be a shame. But this loss will not hit my portfolio very much.
I would advise you to invest in ICO the sum of money, which you are not afraid to lose. Just in case.

I can only spend around 1 to 5 eth for an ICO at this time. Still an "octopus" by bitcoin scale standards.  Grin Grin Grin

When I was starting, I started with only 0.25 eth then 0.5, then 1 eth.

Over time, you will be able to accumulate tokens and experience that will help in your ICO/TGE prospects.

Caveat Emptor - Always!!

Good luck!!!  Cool Cool Cool

ICO is so gamble, even with big project.
So just invest the amount of money that I can lost.
Always remember that when it success and be launched in some big exchanges, you still could buy it later

Hey guys

Just wondering what others normally invest in each ICO they invest in and see what the rough average is

I choose the most interesting projects and invest in them at 1-3 ETH, and I think that soon I will be able to invest more. But sometimes there are projects in which individual cap 0.2-2
I think it will depend on the potentiality of the ICO project that I meet. when I meet ICO who has an innovative project with great technology and a complete team in various fields, a clear and coherent roadmap, an active promotion, big marketcap, I think I will allocate huge funds for that ICO, I am not one who invests in many ICO. when I've met one or two nice or potrntial ICO. maybe i will use some of my money there..

I only invest less than a 1000$ into icos, because first of all ico starters are enthouthiests, people with ideas that want to make it work, and what people tend to overlook these days is that ICO are not regulated this means that if anything goes wrong or the project faills all your investments can go down the drain, and what really drives me crazy these days is that ICO they end in less than an hour which means if i want to partake in them i need to send transactions with higher fees in order to get somthing, which is not good. so i tend to invest a small amount.

I usually invest below 1 bitcoin per ICO but if you sum if up maybe it will reach 1 bitcoin, since im confident to what im investing due to researching and i know i wont be scammed. So easy profit when you hold it for too long. Anyway my investment came from my past profits.
