Bring back POW with fair announced release and anti instamine measures so everyone has a chance. Exchanges should start to turn away coins that don't have 50% POW at the least.
Exactly the way BitShares was launched years ago, and why it has rocked the top 10 ever since.
50% fair lauched POW distribution is the highest integrity standard that few today follow.

ICO only = open to scams. They are advertising it a lot though and will run it for 8 weeks. That is something. Everyone on the board should get a fair chance to buy in if they want to.
Should have a 50% POW phase really or more though. All ICO's should be forced to have 50% pow or greater for transparent distribution.

Since this ICO runs for so long, it is the only ICO I will support. Longer ICO is always preferred to no ICO or small window ICO.
Instamines are bad. Since instamines are bad, we must all act together and support ICO. Distribution through ICO is all that matters. Once we have distributed the coins through ICO and since it is fair, we can then go door to door and sell this innovative ICO folks. Imagine the government corruption, what are you going to do with all those trashy dollars which can be printed at will? We have WAVES ICO to saves us. It is ICO spring and Lisk created a lot of fear of missing out, so I wouldn't be surprised if it went up in the 1000s of BTC.
