I get to have more me-time but it's sad at the same time because I'm far from my loved ones, my wife and baby. That's understandable and that's why I use the time that I have to do something productive.

Adding more learning resources, tutorials and reading more things about businesses and other stuff that can help me improve those things. Once this lockdown ends, I'll be the first one to travel back to them.

Pros :
- I can do more casual communication with some of my close friends because now they have more free time and they don't know what to do to fill that free time.

Cons :
- Everything is postponed (tournaments, projects, etc).

The situation and subsequent lockdown likely changes people’s habits and priorities, and will do so to a further extend in the coming months. As such, I personally spend somewhat less time on the forum, mostly due to a shift in priorities for the allocates amount of time I spend here, but in addition due to a lack of high spirit to engage too much in posting. It does act as an escape valve in a sense, but reality surpasses virtuality, and I figure that the shift in priorities here will probably affect more those that have family responsibilities, than those that are students.

I don't see many benefits. Even though I work from home, my work depends on what is happening on the outside. Since there are no activities outdoors, my work tasks are at a minimum. I spend very little time with my friends, family, and those close to me.

I have been doing some gaming lately and catching up on some older TV shows that I never got around to watch when they were aired, like The Office.
All we can do is hope this crisis passes as soon as possible.

I don't see the lockdown as disadvantage, I see it is advantage where I can grow my knowledge and develop my skills. I work at home and for me it is not hassle like before where I need to do long transportation just to get to mt work. I can now also read books and develop my gambling and trading psychology bt evaluating my self. The only disadvantage of the lockdown is seeing the other people who have not resources where they have having a hard time to find food and money for them to able to eat. That is why we should not be selfish in this kind of crisis and we should share some resources that we have.

Time management, therefore, is very essential.

So, as a newbie or an already established member, how have you been able to manage your time on this forum?
Even during this period. I don't spend much time in the forum like i used to but when am out of the forum. I am always trying to learn something new related to cryptocurrencies and practicing trading. Trading actually takes almost a half of my free time.

Despite lockdown, I don't have significantly more free time. I still have to go to work because I simply can't work from home. And it's actually good, because probably I would get mad if I had to sit at home all these long weeks.
And I have to admit that I don't spend my free time effective. Instead of doing something useful, I just spend most of time in front of TV :/. This lockdown is good chance for us to educate ourselves about crypto more, but I'm failing to find time for reading some good stuff...

I would say the effects of the pandemic has been fair on me, it gave me the luxury of time required to understand concepts about bitcoin, trading and this forum.
And i am even willing to learn more as i find my feet in this forum.

it's no longer news that most countries are still experiencing the lock-down rule, most especially for those that are trying to curtail the further spread of the COVID-19.
Those who want to be busy still, even while trying to stay safe are staying glued to the internet trying to learn one or two things and to probably work from home.

This is a period where we now have more time to learn new things, most especially those who still need to get accustomed to how this forum works.
Since I am not going to work offline for this period, I have been able to have more time for myself, to move around this forum, visit different sections and threads, to read more than typing. So, that when I later get busy with my offline work, after the whole pandemic might have subsided, I would be able to find things much easier than I used to.

Time management, therefore, is very essential.

So, as a newbie or an already established member, how have you been able to manage your time on this forum?

However, I would like to use this opportunity to show my sincere concern for those who are already affected by the pandemic, I wish you all quick recovery. One thing I want you to know is that there is nothing without a beginning that does not have an end. There will surely be an end to COVID-19 soon.
