Currently, one BTC goes for just over $10K. convert that into Philippine Peso and you get the correct value. Its due to the volatility of the the cryptocurrency market that makes the prices change and not inflation that makes the price change. the low supply is a contributing factor though.

I have heard from friends who invested in Bitcoin and read in some blogs that 1 Bitcoin is equivalent to 1 Million in Philippine Peso.  However, considering the inflation rate, as well as the law of supply and demand, does the value of a Bitcoin change? How much is 1 Bitcoin worth?

The price of Bitcoin is as unstable as ever and it can go up or down 10-20% on just a single day.

Bitcoin is a SHA-256 POW Coin with a total of 21,000,000 coins.
Now its worth 1670555.22 Sri Lankan Rupees

Now worth 1bticoin = 10670.
BTC soon bounced back but tumbled again in mid-January - then recovering again and plummeting at the start of February.

Bitcoin notorious volatility means BTC is expected to continue to shift unpredictably amid fears bitcoin has created a bubble that could burst at any moment.
