Reputation of the site, especially here on bitcointalk, is what matters the most to me. And "Instant deposits & payments" and "Good help desk/Support" they are equally important.

That's true, that's why for most new casinos or just launched that's what is needed for them to have. Getting players that will come to them is through giving them the first best experience so that customers will go back after experiencing it.
It's like having the best already on the first try on them so that they'll have the impression already from their players turning into customers and not just bypasses.

It will serve as basis for the many because if a casino starts to force require KYCs, we've got no choice but to stop using them and we have no confidence having these companies have our identities when it's not necessary.

That's why those active threads has got active community representative from every casino and it's an important part of building their reputation and community.

Once they're able to converse with their customers and even with the potential ones, that's making them easy to talk with and that feeling will never be forgotten by a customer that's part of their community.

Response time is important and that's why many stays on a casino that has it.

Maybe he doesn't think about KYC as much as we think because, for us, KYC is something important that keeps us in one casino. If the casinos don't require their members to do KYC, we will continue to use the casinos to gamble. But when casinos start changing their rules, that's when we will look for other crypto casinos that will be less strict when it comes to KYC.

I guess they can still use the crypto from the personal wallet by sending a certain amount of coins to gamble, withdrawing it, and sending it back to the personal wallet after getting the winnings. But each of us will have our own choices with the features provided by the casino.

I only chose 6 of the features op mentioned as I think the most important. For me instant deposit and payments are on top because that's how you'll see how legit the platform especially when winning a huge amount. Then strong community/reputation, because it's a must that it has a good reputation so you'll be at ease that it is not a scam. Next is the support, no one likes poor support who can't address the issue fast especially if it takes too long to reply. Payment methods, it's more convenient if there are many options available so we can choose the most convenient for us and cheaper. No kyc, Well nowadays it's common hence I already prepared myself incase the day comes that I have to abide in order to continue playing on my preferred casino. Lastly fast user interface, I'm often using mobile when I gamble due to my work so it's a plus point for me if the casino has a good and fast interface.

you did not add in rating about the KYC requirements and the Number of Payment method? in which for me as what i have read in this forum are the most important thing , aside from all you mentioned , for me it is KYC and the payment method because  there are options in the world as there are countries that does not allow legally about crypto transacting so best that they can use others.

also the Age of the site will declare its trustworthiness ,  because people will tell about their experiences on that site either good or bad.

I am not really into these 1 game wonder sites..... because I get bored very quickly, so sites with a huge variety of games are my priority number 1.

The large variety of games sometimes overwhelm me. It doesn't really help at all to see a bunch of titles on the screen that you know a little about. I noticed this especially on slots. While the visuals and sound effects on most of them differ, the content, the gist, and the overall experience is basically the same. I would protest if I find out that one particular slots game hidden deep inside the multitude of games up top have better odds of making you a champion compared to the ones that are readily available without the effort o scrolling. But yeah, Overall what matters to me is the withdrawals, the support, and the fluidity of the UI. If I see those options as perfect, I'll play on that platform for sure.

For that reputation and solid community to start with, the gambling site should think of those primary good things and features that will attract those users. Once those good features will be introduced with no problem, that would be the start of building a good community.

Aside from that, while the community is growing, the gambling site should have a dedicated team to always answer questions and queries as quickly as possible and don't leave their users hanging or idle for several tickets waiting to be answered.

I'll go for reputation and overall community on which you could assume out that everything could be
seen on a good gambling site if ever it do reach out this state.

I'll put all of these into priority.

No actual number on it but just as solid reference that I want for most casinos and it's like coming from 8-10 in no particular order. That these features are majority of our concern whenever we go to a casino and have some fun.

Well, though I totally agree with you that a casino that has been around for a longer time will more likely have a stronger community and a better reputation compared to a casino that has recently launched, I believe that even a casino that has been released recently can build its community and reputation pretty quickly.

If a new casino provides top-notch services, amazing customer service, or customer satisfaction, and has some great games that the community would like to play more than other games available at different casinos, they can very quickly gain trust and build their reputation and they will also build a community very soon this way.

I agree with you, the list of 6 important points that you wrote all makes sense and is really needed by all gamblers who use online casinos.
There are many gamblers out there who forget important aspects of choosing a casino so that in the end they only feel disappointed if the casino they choose cannot provide the best for every customer who has played and spent money there.

I mainly think about nice and easy user interface is a must. When website is ugly I lose my patience about it in short amount of time. I also consider instant deposits and withdrawals. If I need to wait hours to gamble a thousand dollars then what's the point? It should be matter of seconds not even minutes. We are living in 2023 man. I think website s age is not that important unless it's very young. 1 year is enough for me to sure its profitable business.

on my end, below is my list - this is from the most important to least. in my opinion, if the casino has very good reputation, everything else follows. it means, you won't have any issues in terms of support, deposits or withdrawals, and other matters. casino's own token came last in my list as usually, you can only use it inside the casino. unless, they are actively traded in exchange platforms.

3. Customer support services
4. Number of years in operation, not even the age of the site because some domains might have been bought ahead
5. Instant/fast withdrawal
6. They must be duly registered and regulated

A good help desk is very important to me, I remember my first time of using an online gaming website, I got lost and the lack of tutorial makes me quit the platform, its almost the same with a strong community and reputation of the platform, I can live with the rest.
