Instant payments is the most important feature a casino should have imo. If I can't immediately withdraw my money whenever I want it, then I am not going to play on that casino.  It is that simple. Reputation/Casino age/No KYC are the next most important features. The casino's age shows how determined they are to stay in this business. A hit&run casino would be gone in a few months maybe a year and that because either they are incompetent or they are scammers. A good casino knows its shit and they are here for the long term.

Nr of payment methods, Bonus programs, selection of games etc. these are cool features too but they don't really have to be the top quality.

I prefer these three over others, could add reputation, but reputation is something that's been built throughout the journey of an online casino, what if the casino is a new one? If everyone keeps running after the old online casinos what is going to happen to the new casinos? New online casinos can implement something very new, how will one know if they don't try it out.

Some online casinos will only block access to your money after winning big, until you are asked to pass KYC, this is annoying, instant withdrawal of any win amount should be released, if KYC is important, the users should know first, before playing games.

Good bonuses are very attractive too, some people like free bonuses on their first deposits, I know someone who tries a gambling platform out for the first time because of the free bonuses, its a good way of marketing.

I think having KYC is what makes a casino credible because they keep info of their clients tho it is also terrifying at the same time because they might use your details to other things. Tho there are some online casinos that don't require KYC because players can immediately cash out their winnings and there I some wherein if you don't do the KYC process, you are not allowed to withdraw the money, I prefer the latter. Most gamblers are also used to providing their personal details especially if they've already done enough research regarding the reputation of the casino. But I don't find it disturbing to sometimes play with no KYC as well, as long as I've done enough research.

My number one priority. Other features on your list aren't too important to me.

The common tactic for a lot of casinos is to hide KYC behind their TOS and issue a KYC check when a user wins something sizeable. I'm not going to submit documents to a business that could disappear the next day. Even some of the supposed reputable casinos in the past have had issues with KYC.

Reputation/KYC I'd consider one in the same. A casino that hides KYC behind their terms of service and sporadically KYC's in order to avoid paying out wins is immediately disqualifying.

Reputation is the first thing that I always look into a casino because if a casino has a good reputation, it would have all the positive characteristics and qualities that we're looking for. Bonuses and rewards will be a part of it though we can't assure that they will not ask for KYC because most casinos nowadays require it. It's better to pick a casino that will guarantee our security and safety when playing. They surely have a strong community and people will speak up for their good service.

Most of the reputable site is already asking for a KYC so you might be discourage with that but I’m sure you can find other good feature about that site and you’ll be force to fill that out because the site is too good for you. This has been my basis on choosing the site, and also why I don’t use any new site easily because I’m still waiting for a real reviews to them and see if they are trust worthy.

I agree that reputation is the most important thing, because casinos could always be the riskiest thing, you can't even sue them or you know expect any type of legal help if they end up turning out to be a scam, it is way harder.

This is why you have to trust them to be a decent place completely and that is why it is very important. On the other hand, other parts are not unimportant neither, they are of course what makes a casino go from good to great, like a lot of games, or a lot of deposit/withdraw options, rewards, support, all these matter for sure. But if the reputation is not there, then they can have all of those and still not be liked at all.

I rate all of these 10 and all the others 6, we can find casinos that have good features but when it comes to reputation build-up features they failed miserably, Duelbits, Stake, and all the other reputable casinos focus on reputation build-up features because these are the feature that puts them on top, they can also improve on the other features but concentration should be the main priority.

When gambling casino, I certainly give more attention to the reputation of the site just wanna sure that we are safe and can assure that winning is not an impossible thing to happen. And it can be obvsiouly see when there is an active customer service plus the speed of deposit/withdrawal transactions.

Reputation is the main benchmark for an online casino so that users can trust it. If the reputation is good, then there will be many users who come and register. and the age of online casinos depends on how the reputation is owned, even though the site is quite old but does not guarantee a good reputation, depending on how the casino developer provides good service for users.
Everyone has their own judgment and some very important ones in my opinion are the good help response from the casino when there are problems, as well as the ease of making deposits and withdrawals. For KYC, it may be possible to follow the rules that have been recommended and also need to add an assessment of AML (Anti Money Laundering) because it is also important for the security of the site as well. If the online casino site is used for crimes such as money laundering then it is likely that the site will be flagged and will be forcibly closed, then it has an impact on users as well.

Here's mine I put a big score on the help desk strong community and reputation because this is the one feature that define a casino and its the main reason why gamblers prefer playing in one casino, reputation and strong community are everything it puts the casino in a top level.

I think I'll reduce some of the things that I think are less important to be:

Great help desk
Strong Community/Reputation
Instant deposits & payments
No Kyc

And I guess that's what casinos should have. Even though the casino has just been launched, if the team from the casino can really work hard to develop the casino, I don't think it will take long for them to achieve their goals one by one.

And everything will not go well if the team of casino members doesn't work together to build and develop the casino.

A strong community/reputation and the age of the second site are actually the most important of the others, but that doesn't mean the others aren't important, but I'm more focused on the two above, sometimes to find a casino you should look for a casino that has been operating for a long time and see their reputation. because it will give us a sense of security to put money there to gamble.

No KYC is the least important feature for me because I already got so used to it over the years. It kind of became the norm and I accepted it, when I was new in the gambling world it was a bigger deal for me. The most important feature beside a good reputation is for me a big variety of games, because I like to play all kind of games. There are days where I only want to play slots and then I have evenings where I only play Black Jack or Poker. Having the option to choose from a lot of different games keeps the casino interesting. And the other important feature is to have a decent bonus program for regular gamblers.

It was hard to use each number once, the best casinos should have at least a few 10s... without that, it's just an average casino.

Nice thread. Me, I value the looks and feel of the site as well as the bonus and reputation of that site. That will be built upon the experience of users and those that are really trying to make it up the gambling scene. This is a good metric o check if someone wants to set up their own casino and they would be able to thank you after you average everything etc. Some of it might not be as impactful but important to know as well.

Casinos must have a wide variety of games from various providers and sports betting because many people like to bet on sports betting. I'm not hopeful about the bonus or rewards program because it has high wagering requirements. A good, intuitive, fast user interface is also needed to make gamblers feel comfortable playing in the casino. Customer support must also be good so that a member's problem can be resolved immediately.

I don't really want to see the casino tokens myself but it might be worth a shot to see the reaction from the members. Deposits and payments need to be instant because gamblers don't want to see their deposits and withdrawals experience delays. No KYC is getting rare these days but if casinos could provide one, we would be very happy. As for the payment method, I don't think it's a big deal because as long as the casino accepts crypto, that's enough for crypto gamblers.

Good reputation, good customer support and no KYC, or at least a lenient policy when it comes to KYC, the rest is jut the cherry on the top, and while those characteristics are nice things to have they will never be more important than those three characteristics.

However I could understand if for others things like bonuses, different payment options or the casinos having their own token were very important features for their favorite casino to have, but personally I do not care too much about that.

You should have put non-custodial option instead of no-kyc imo, no-kyc doesn't mean anything if casino itself is shady. Could have also put 'Licensed/Regulated' as an option. I see people here drifting towards licensed casinos, even if they require kyc info they feel safer with them.
