I have stopped gambling. There's just so much to do in life. I have to study the previous lectures in school, and then I have to do advanced study when I get home. If I start procrastinating, if I go back gambling, I would have that lifestyle where I gamble almost the whole day. I remember gambling right after I woke up and then I run an autobetting script whenever I have something to do like taking a bath or eating. I just can't stop myself gambling and I would finish gambling late at night when it's already 2AM.
I almost gambling everytime when i have free time. Because i'm really addicted into gambling, especially when there are many matches in 1 day, i will gambling every minutes.
Literally I also have no time frame for playing gambling, I some time play gambling for a long time may be more that 10 hours a day, while other time I only play for half an hour, it totally depend on my mood, if I am in good mood then I continue playing gambling for a long time. 
If you add spending profits made through gambling into the equation then I guess Ive spent over 10k USD(12.6 BTC) easily. Cannot guesstimate the exact amount but to me it seems to be a lot. When I started a couple of years ago I never expected that I'd be gambling over 50-100$'s ever but times have changed.
some times I play some dice games and some time I spend some time on slots but not the whole day I only gamble for fun and everyone know playing for fun do not require all of the day but only a part of the day and for living a wealthy life I spend most of my time on my work.
I almost gamble everyday at least a single event, but after a great loss gave a pause to gambling. Now once again have started gambling. On the whole to the maximum I've spent 1btc in few events in a single day and lost everything.
Yes it also depend on my status in gambling, If I am winning in gambling then I continue for a long time. But when I lose in gambling and reach to my limit then I quit gambling any more, and no longer play anymore, but still I can conclude that I play gambling for more than 2 hour per day as an average. I don't gamble to have profit. But only for fun. If i get addicted to gambling i might lose all the money that i worked hard for.
That's great! i too gamble until i lose all my bankroll, i don't deposit huge amount of coins, just small amount to have some fun. the time spent depends on how fast i lose lol, most of the times it's less than 45 mins. no need full day to play gambling for me, maybe only couple hour , after get profit or loss i will stop it immediately , because afraid if get lost more money especially in casino sites 
yes i also do so, i like to continue gambling for an hour or two and never try to exceed that limit. as playing for such time i do not feel bore and can enjoy playing gambling, but when i exceed that limit then i start feeling bore.

An hour a month is simply good, but this won't help you feel the fun and enthusiasm. You can just be away from the loss of your hard earned earning. I prefer to play gambling at least once in a week. In the past used to spend long time and due to unexpected loss reduced the time of spending.
Indeed to do a gambling it depends on thinking and our goals when gambling. you need to know that you are doing is not something that exists in thought or purpose most people experiencing addiction in the gambling ... We really mature along the way, when we are younger we have less priorities in life and we can gamble all we want. That happen to me when I was younger where I just think of myself and I can gamble anytime I want, but now that I have a family, I need to balance things, I make sure my priority in whatever I do is for the benefit of my family and definitely it's not gambling. We should also divide time for relaxing, if too often makes our mind thus gambling wearily. A vacation is a good thing to fill the time in addition to gambling. Sad to see someone having the illusion that gambling is the only choice for him to get entertained. There's a lot of things that you can do using your computer other than gambling. For example, watching movies, binge watch tv series, play online games, do research, read a book, etc. Gambling makes you lose money and it will not change. Find something else enjoyable and spend the money on that instead.
You are even aware that you might get addicted in gambling in the future and might lose all of your hard-earned money. Stop now while you're still ahead of it or you'll regret it.

That's fine, you could not be happy if you spend too much in gambling, life needs a balance living so we need to do it. If you spend too much in gambling, more likely you will be addicted easy, so for me 1 hour is pretty nice time to enjoy.I do the same in dice but in sports I spend half day but not so stressful.

Actually, in the start, when i joined the gambling, than i play it daily but now after few month, i have changed my routine, because i didn't want to be addicted person, that's a main reason. And Secondly, I realize, i have finished my saving in the cause of gambling, So i decided to left it for a time, but still i play it but in month, and only when i got good profit, because my gambling betting is depend on my profit which i gain from trading.

Never know how long i have spent time for gambling it depends if i on win position of course i will play for long time but if i lose in a few bet maybe will stop or sometimes i make another deposit to get back my lose.
This is the reason there are so many new gambling houses are coming to make profits. Because first people start gambling for fun if they win, then continue until they lose back all their winnings including their money. But if they lose in the beginning then they will try again to recover back their losses. So at the end, they lose more and more and slowly addict to these games. Never gamble to recover back your losses or to earn money in gambling.
