I almost gamble everyday at least a single event, but after a great loss gave a pause to gambling. Now once again have started gambling. On the whole to the maximum I've spent 1btc in few events in a single day and lost everything.
Never know how long i have spent time for gambling it depends if i on win position of course i will play for long time but if i lose in a few bet maybe will stop or sometimes i make another deposit to get back my lose.
This is the reason there are so many new gambling houses are coming to make profits. Because first people start gambling for fun if they win, then continue until they lose back all their winnings including their money. But if they lose in the beginning then they will try again to recover back their losses. So at the end, they lose more and more and slowly addict to these games. Never gamble to recover back your losses or to earn money in gambling.

What you're currently doing is very bad, and in the longer period you will lose a lot of money in gambling or betting, so it is good for you to find some other outdoor activities and keep busy with your family or friends then you will come out of this gambling habit soon or later. If you think you can make money quickly from gambling then that is not correct instead you will lose lot of money in betting.
When someone got addicted to gambling they can spend almost all of his/her time at this kind of activity. This is the other bad effect from gambling beside losing money. When we cant manage our time in gambling there is a possibility that we will become a lazy person. A person that reluctant to do other things except gambling.
For myself, I will gamble whenever I had spare time and will leave it asap when I got other things to do!
When I gambled before, I know I spent the long 2 hours of trying to win a play. That experienced does evolves with feeling of excitement and nervousness. In lottery, the only time that it took too long is to think of the numbers to bet when you are changing it. But all in all, it is quite easy if you have a winning number that you bet for so long. Plus I don't have time to gamble because I don't have enough money to spent with it.

I do not have spend to much time on gambling because I have always lost with gambling and because of that I do not trust gambling anymore and only do it once per month or so.

Not good dude, you cannot live your life like that unless you are profitable of what you are doing but if not, you will be addicted sooner or later and you will experience big loses which will make your life miserable, do not let that happen to you and instead just stop gambling for good.

I spend about 3-4 hours a day playing online poker. And another hour or so a day doing research for sports betting.
I must say that that is pretty to gamble but 3 hours a day is a bit long, I even think that its too long.

Me too I just gamble when I have free time because of my hectic schedule I just manage to have a very tiny time for gambling and as well as with myself. But when I get bored at office what I am doing is relieving my stress by playing with some dice sites and checking out and reading some inspiring gambling stories.

but in total I'm up in gambling , cause most of my action is in poker sites and I can easily have fun and make a few bux so for example gambling for me is better than wathcing TV

I Only Tried Gambling Once After that I Never Tried Gambling Because Gambling is Not Good For Us and Bitcoin Gambling Will Wreck Your Life Of you Spent Your Time and Money On Gambling and Also I Never Spent My Time Now On Gambling..... but we can't deny if bitcoin also used for gambling.

I have spent few years in gambling as total period but never gave more than 3 hours in any single day to gambling. That was when i was playing roulette and slots machines because they need time and attention to play. In sports betting and I just choose option place bet and let it work by itself and I enjoy the games.
You must be very much determined with your gambling plans. Gambling only for few hours must be a good practice as you will not keep on trying again and again with your profits. Usually, I do gamble till I face losses. Most of the time, my accounts got thrown away in one or two hours of play itself based on my bank roll.Indeed I also do not and its also not good to do it longer or after you do not have the money for it because it than can bring you in big problems.
Another thing is that this is meaning that you are getting greedy and that is a sort of addictive behavior.
