From what I've seen, most gamblers who lost most of their money are people who didn't know when to stop, take a deep breath, and decide if they really wanted to keep going. Fortunately, I was warned by a good Samaritan before I got really into gambling.

Yeah and I am one of the guy you are talking about. But what I can say most people loss is because they not have enough money to cover the loss using any kind of strategy, thats why I can say if only you have enough money to bet you will sure get a lot of it. And by the time come and wheel always spin so when you are in bottom someday you will sure be on top again but only if you can take the responsibilites on your loss

a regret wouldn't solve your problem and recover your losses wasn't bad idea as long as you do it slowly and calm, not to rush as you want get rich faster.
your decision to stop gambled huge amount and just placed small bets was exemplary to everyone here who have some problem.

i lost nearly around 0.45 bitcoins in gambling in bustabit , this was due to greedy i was up 1 btc then started to lose it. after that i spoped it

I think my total lost since 2010 around 1k+ usd but sometimes i won around 500-800 in local lottery
I think i made a profit because the jackpot prize is worth it.. Than like playing on any gambling site

Wow taking loans to recover from loss only puts you in more debts. I would never take that on a loan to recover from my losses.
This doesn't sound like the greatest idea, this is why it's best to gamble for only entertainment.

Yeah Im still playing to recover some of my loss at least it will help to pay some bills

Yes taking loans for gambling purposes must be avoided. Because the loans will pressurize yourselves while gambling to gamble more to make more profits in short term to repay loans.
I would suggest not go for loan as well as do not gamble all your money.

Your situation is proving that gambling will be profitable in long run. Like you many people are keep on gambling to recover their initial losses. I'm still in first phase of loosing money in gambling, may be with some experience I may turn too veteran to earn something like you to recharge my mobile at least.

- I can't say the exact amount (only estimation) but its definitely an amount I can't afford to lose. So its kinda big (at least for me)
- Yes because I've already learned from my mistake. Gambling is still fun after all.
- I advise him/her to look for a new hobby that will make him/her somehow forget gambling(like sports, games, etc.)
- Only for leisure, not for profit.

I play long enough in gambling and not really dont know how many I lost. maybe over 5 btc
yes when lost I still play to always try to recover defeat.
pretty hard about addiction, but I have my own way to this.
