It became few time a day for me
from few minutes a time Lmao

It was at the moment during 2016-2017 where i actively check Coinmarketcap and refresh it every few minute
After the market went downfall, as most of my coins were stuck at a certain price
Hence, checking few time a day now is good

For me it has been nearly everyday once for years now.  Grin
in conditions like now we have to be able to see and take advantage of every opportunity we get if we invest by trading, of course, every day looking at prices and their development with the available online market

Well, I try not to look at it at all. As mostly at this time I take part in a bounties and ICOs. So I know planned price. As for example DXG will cost 0.01$ after ICO. But it also can be much higher. So I'm waiting)
But I'm mostly holder, so I'll keep tokens for a year or example.

If I am not constantly day trading, I check coinmarketcap once in a week to look at my long term hodls. But on a normal day of trading, I check it several times in a day

I check every day and don't even close the tab with this site on my computer. And my morning usually begins not with a cup of coffee but with checking the situation at CoinMarketCap.

I would start by saying that when I first started crypto, I do not normally check CoinMarketCap because I do not really understand what it was all about. All I care for then is if the  coins I invested in are listed on exchanges so that I can trade them. However, I recently got the understanding that I can know how much the coins am holding are in value price at coin market site, and since then I have cultivated the habit of checking CoinmarketCap everyday to monitor the price value of coins am holding and other ones I intend to buy.

I always go to CMC when I need to learn something about a new project. But before I go there, I also visit CoinGeco and several other sites in order to get as complete a picture as possible of the project I am interested in. The more information you collect, the better it will be for you.

Very frequently in January 2018 but since then is has been steadily declining. I have reached a stage where I do not even check every day. Might be linked to the expectation to go sideways or even a little more down for a couple of months.

It would be also interesting to know how many people are aware of the extra metrics that the CMC website provides, there quite a few of them not in plain sight.

Now I practically do not go to this site. The trend of the market does not change, and since there are no strong bursts, there is nothing to analyze. I now generally follow the market very little, I am waiting for the movement, then I will already do something.

Depending on the market, if the market is volatile during the day, I definitely have to check it regularly to be able to trade every day and make a profit. And if the sideway market, I do not need to check, because it is too meaningless

if I'm not often because I'm a long-term type of trader, so about a month I see it twice. so if the daily traders often see the market rather than long-term traders

IN the past I took a look at it every 6-12 hours, now once a week.. my interest towards crypto is low now, I'm just holding my coins and wait for 1-2 years what will happen...
there might be many different people, so there are different intentions.
The Crypto movement is so bad that it makes you lazy to see market movements.
different from people who want the market to go up so they often see the Crypto market, to find out its movements.
No market movement knows, if you don't see it often, later you can miss a good moment, so my suggestion is that you have to check-in at least once a day.

Despite the fact that I do not expect a quick recovery in the market, I still check my portfolio many times every day!

I dont have lots of free time to check the coinmarketcap hence I rarely check the status of the market.

Its a good thing that im busy with my work to refrain myself in monitoring because sometimes when im stress seeing the value of my assets still declining are giving me additional headaches. So its better for me to not think about the price and check the CMC rarely.
