I gamble occasionally, gambling regularly can put you at risk of making terrible choices and losing constantly. The more you engage in gambling the more money you lose.. it's better to just be a passive gambler and stake maybe once or twice in a week, personally, I love to gamble on the weekends because it's my free time so I always have the chance to predict and analyze my selections carefully... Taking short breaks from it can also be a way to control the amount of money your are losing on daily basis. Keep track of your wins and losses so you'd know if your making progress with it or not.

There's no right or wrong answer here. The truth is, the more free time you have, the more likely you are to fall into the loop of spending more time than you should.

Personally, I don't have free time during the weekdays; thus, I'll mostly gamble during weekends, which is usually sports betting, football most likely, and if I'm in the mood, a few rounds of Crazytime or Dice.

I guess it's safe to say that those people who are busy on the weekends with their day jobs or businesses is safe from becoming addicted with gambling. A good sports betting over the weekend would always be enough if you're getting the hang of it. Most especially if my favorite team's schedule fall on the weekend. That, I won't gonna pass. I don't have enough time for any other gambling games though, as I think it would be essential for my well being to just place a bet with what I love and enjoy the most.
A good parlay and a couple or more beers on weekends is what men in 30's and up enjoy the most lol.

Yup, I agree with your idea that people who are busy on weekends are further from addiction, in the sense that as we know that weekends are holidays where most people dedicate themselves to vacations at that time or gambling and of course when your free time is getting narrower then there will be no opportunity for you to gamble unless maybe if you force it.

Of the most types of gambling, sports betting is indeed more possible to do because you only have to execute the bet by choosing one of the teams that will compete and leave it, then you can see the results again when your work is done, the point is that sports betting does not require you to keep watching the screen (unless you want to watch the game), and other things do not forget to bet using only a small amount.

I don't think that how often you gamble will necessarily determine how successful you will be - it all depends on your strategy or your luck. No matter how often you gamble, if luck is not on your side, you will still lose, especially in games that rely on luck like slots or roulette, it may be even harder to make more money especially in the long run since the casino has a house edge.

I can gamble every single day but I can rest for months as well because I can control myself so I can start and stop anytime I wish.
The most important thing for me is that I will always stay in my own gambling limit, once I lost my gambling funds then I will stop and I may restart once I have more funds later (can be in weeks or months).
On the opposite side, when I win something that I think is enough, I will also stop for a while (at least to enjoy the profit IRL).
Talking about the winning and losing chance, it is like a double edged sword but your losing chance is bigger when you play more although you also have the chance to win by more bets.

I noticed that if I start making many bets in one day (usually on weekends), then I lose more often, if once or twice a week, then the results are better, maybe because I choose the bet more carefully.

How does this happen for you?

Luck in gambling is usually unmeasurable and undecided because you don't usually know when it happens, perhaps it just happens randomly  at any moment. My friend lost his bet yesterday and it was an accumulation of just 8 game and it was just the last game that made him lose the bet.
I don't gamble so frequently all day but anytime I gamble, it could be a win or lose for me, it's usually undermined.

But, as far as I've experienced the reality is that it's better to only gamble on weekends only, but this is only about sports gambling. Because anyway, as far as I experienced when I bet sports on weekends especially related to soccer, then I often get very good profits on Saturdays or Sundays. But, when I continue betting on weekdays when there are only one or two matches and or European competition matches that are on weekdays I lose more often. I personally don't really know if I only have luck on weekends or maybe, I'm doing the wrong method on weekdays so I always lose.

Well for me I don't like the idea of gambling very often, as too much of everything is bad. I'm the kind of gambler that gamble only on weekends sometimes midweek when there is champions League football. I take time to select my games and analyze them before placing my bet. If I don't do it this way I will lose. I find myself losing more if I gamble frequently like gambling every day. So when I discovered that my strength is only on weekend matches when there are several options, I stopped gambling everyday. I win bets when I gamble less than frequently, as I have enough time to recover and make more informed decisions.
The type of gambling we are talking about is also very important, on weekends with sports gambling, our discernment and selection are better because the matches with the most intuitive data will appear while on normal days it is just small matches with many unknown players, without much research it is just blind speculation. The opposite of this is that other betting games, weekends will sometimes pose more danger to our daily betting levels when the number is not just a few, the number of plays depends on money and time and weekends have too much of such excess to destroy our finances

Indeed, everyone has their own story in gambling or betting, where someone has a lucky day and someone has an unlucky day.

My experience in gambling and betting.
I gamble, I don't have a daily schedule for placing bets, but when I have money, I place bets in the morning around 4-5 am, that time looks lucky for me, but that is specifically in slot games, different from sports betting, when a betting opportunity opens, I definitely immediately place a bet, because sports betting is different from slots and other games.

Of course, lucky days are in humans themselves, it's just that humans carry out their activities as usual, that's when you see lucky days and unlucky days.

Usually I did it 4 times a month on my holiday, but lately I reduced my flight hours in gambling because I was focusing on collecting Bitcoin from a few months ago, and Booom Trump won, Bitcoin I got an enough increase made me feel happy this time this time .

Gambling might be tried again after I feel enough to have bitcoin for next year, except for friends who give tips from their victory for me to play again in gambling.

Where do you get such friends from?  Grin Ours would hide for a month if we asked them for a treat after either winning a lottery or hitting a big win in gambling, lol. Just kidding.  Grin

Jokes apart, it's actually a blessing to have friends who look after you and care for you in times when they are doing good, and in return, you would think of doing the same things for them when you are doing well. It's a two-way traffic, what goes around comes around, as they say.

Anyway, I would say your decision is commendable. You are a responsible gambler if you can stop gambling at will because most people can't do that. They might make plans, think of doing some saving, but they end up gambling again after a few days.
I found them from online friends who had the same preferences on the web3, then disbursed on telegrams and continued to discord so that they share video calls with them and are familiar, they are fair and pleasant and knowledgeable online friends, even when sharing about gambling and sharing strategies And the renewal of opportunities they see to share.

I used to be difficult in controlling myself and my money to gamble, but over time consciousness began to grow and learning about every mistake in gambling makes me better and can manage time, finance and mentally very well, so you don't need to worry about gambling going forward.

You are right, and what is good for someone could be wrong for a different person. It depends in many factors like time, budget, having other interests in life, being more or less impulsive/obsesive than the average, etc.

Back to the OP's question, although I think that I'm good at seeing the big picture when it comes to my domestic economy and, therefore, I spend on auto-pilot (I mean, I intuitively know if I should buy something or not, according to my balance), I like to plan my gambling activity to some extent. The virtue is in the balance.

According to that, I set a fix amount every month to play lotteries, for example. If I spend that money too early in the month, I have to wait until the next one, so I try to spread my bets all over the month in order to keep the hope and stay dreaming with a dear life as long as possible for the same money.
One of my "mistakes" in life is that I don't have a set balance every month, that generally applies to everything, from gambling, to groceries and so on. However, that doesn't mean I go overboard, it may happen from time to time but I knowingly do it. In terms of gambling, I do have a plan in mind, but there are cases I've exceeded it, such as the Euro 2024 championship in the summer. I'm curious though, you said that if you spend your money too early, you won't gamble for the rest of the month, how well do you stick to that plan? Personally, there are times that I've spent more than I was anticipating, but I'll place a small bet or two if it's the weekend.

Gambling isn't something that should be forced to do; more doesn't always mean better. Thus, I prefer to "plan" my gambling sessions on days that I know I have available time and I'm more relaxed. That way, I have a clearer state of mind in case things go wrong, or to sustain my earnings if I manage to score a few wins.
We may reminded the experienced that we got from gambling previously so that can make us to return to the casino often because we want to have more experiences. But indeed, having more free time can makes us think to continue playing gambling especially if we still have money in our pocket.
We will not thinks that playing gambling needs to be moderately so we can prevents the lose that can becomes big.

If we can realize the chance of losing the money, we will not trying to playing gambling too often. We will want to limits our gambling activities by managing the capital that we have.

It always depends on what your purpose is in gambling and what you prioritize in gambling, simply put if winning is your priority then the idea of limiting gambling activities will be just nonsense, but on the other hand if it turns out that your priority is entertainment in the sense of gambling only to fill your free time then the idea that leads to limits will be much easier to do.

Remember one thing that when money or winning is your priority then it is very unlikely for you to feel satisfied when gambling even if for example at certain times you manage to win and that is why gamblers always find it difficult to ignore greed.

The point is to find out whether success in gambling depends on how often we gamble. Maybe it makes sense to separate betting and slots, because in the second case we only need money, some free time and luck, and in the case of bets, some players spend a lot of time deciding on a bet, or bets, if there are several. Then you need to wait for the result when the events are over, this seems like a more difficult task.

This raises the question, what is the best way to act if you make many bets every day, can this negatively affect the result, is it better to make several bets a week, or once a week, share your experience, which approach works better for you?

I noticed that if I start making many bets in one day (usually on weekends), then I lose more often, if once or twice a week, then the results are better, maybe because I choose the bet more carefully.

How does this happen for you?
I do make out bets basing up on my mood because there are really times or moments that i dont really feel like on doing gambling or betting. Just like the rest been saying that
i do see some good bet lines then this is also i do consider out on making bets specially into the sport on which i do known of. Never ever i do consider on taking up some bets
onto those sports on which i dont really know. How often you do gamble doesnt automatically means that you are addicted. The only time or moment that you do consider yourself on a bad situation or simply talking about
addiction is on the time that you do make out those spending on which its not really that not right anymore.

Dealing up whether gambling or betting then it does need up that control and moderation because on the time or moment that you do find yourself having that no sense of responsibility then
you do end up on having those issues in terms of finances on which this is something that you should avoid as much as you could.

Success in gambling depends on how good your luck is and does not value every bet and casino experience you have. Yes through experience you can decide where and who to bet in gambling but ultimately you have to rely on luck to win. In gambling no one can guarantee that he will definitely win and every experienced gambler chooses to attribute his winnings to systematic algorithms and luck.

You are right that if a gambler can gamble with time constraints, he can reduce losses to a great extent. To reduce the tendency to overspend you should limit the allocation of time and money to reduce overspending and even get rid of the addiction.
We know that we need luck to wins so we should realize that success in gambling will be difficult. Besides that, we can not success no matter how often we playing gambling because that will not determine we can win much money. But we have a big chance to lose when we are too often playing gambling. So we must prevents playing gambling very often and not using much money because we may lose all of that money without win some money. Even if we can win, the winning will not too big as the money we spend in gambling so we still lose more money than the win.

I don't think there is a right answer to this question....
It all depends on the type of bet you make, your free time to study and bet, and also the money you have available for this hobby.

If you make sports bets, I recommend that you specialize in a single sport, preferably in a specific tournament and perhaps in some teams that you follow the most. Research everything about them, as much as you can, and make more sporadic bets only when they play, because that way you will be more accurate.

However, if you like dice or card games, you will need to play more often to practice your skills and understand the patterns of the games, in which case the more you play, the greater your winnings can be in the long run.

The money you have available will also greatly influence this decision.

For all these reasons, did you realize that this is a very personal choice!? I bet on sports, preferably on European and Brazilian leagues. My bets are more sporadic and punctual.

In my case, I prefer to place few bets during the weekend, this way I can get better results. For example, since I only focus on placing bets on Bundesliga, Premier League and La Liga games, I first analyze the games that involve the big teams from these 3 leagues. And then I choose the game in which I know I can get better results. Sometimes I make multi bets involving teams from other leagues. But something important that I take away from this is that you should only place bets on games in which you feel most confident. There is no point in betting on 20 games when you don't feel confident. There is also no point in placing multi bets with more than 10 legs just to try your luck.
