Prediction sites are always and extra support but not the main support for your betting choice, the sites are just to allow you to have a rough idea of what's the situation gonna be like, but its still up to your choice on which to bet.

For me this situation is completely clear. You correctly assumed that this person is simply trying to attract attention. Most likely, in fact, he does not have any truthful information regarding the results of sporting events. He is simply looking for a person who will believe in this and think that he can really become rich, but in reality he will be greatly disappointed. I can say with a high probability that this person is a fraudster.

But I don't subscribes to their services because they asks for some fees to access more prediction. I think their services is too expensive for me and I don't know if they can provides a right prediction or they just share other people prediction.

I try this before since what I think that those sites or people give predictions are experts. But find out that it didn't change the fact that everything they say is random. That's why I just bet according to what I know or searched for the teams I like to place my bet. Then never try to rely on any predictions since it will just give us false hope and we will get frustrations with them. So its good to do your own predictions since for that you could also learn for many things including about how to became more better on the sports or league you are placing your bets.

Some of these "prediction" sites aren't always accurate and if you manage to see one that is legit because you know we have scammers flocking all over the place, so before you see a genuine prediction sites you must have spent a lot, to see one you must be very lucky I must say, some of the "prediction sites" do have the average winning percentage of 85% but all I have to say on this is that, in as much as they rate themselves very high in their predicted game it is still necessary to use your head while making selections. Like where you see a selection of over 2.5 is best to go low like over 1.5 something like that and who knows you might be lucky to win a bet by adding your initiative.

You gave a very balanced view of this topic and I like it. And you are right that the individual in the story may have said the link aloud to draw attention of people who are interested in gambling. This also is a business because if I open a prediction website and have people pay for subscription to receive "sure" predictions on games, I make money from it and there is also and incentive that whoever signs up with your link, that you would get a commission from each sign up. In the end you would see that it is not about the game itself but the prediction site being in business and getting more customers.
