- Protected myself from losing money through inflation, and at the same time earned a huge multiple over my holdings
- Prevented my financial information from being exposed to centralized entities — regardless if malicious or not
Not sure if there's a single valid reason for me to change my ways. Once you go non-custodial, there's simply no going back.
