Yes, I agree completely. I always worry myself when I have money stored in wallets , sometimes it seems to me that it is safer to keep on the exchange

Yeah our monies are not safe with these bad nut among us but it happens every where not only in crypto. I suggest the need for multiple account (wallet) could be safe since all monies won't be  store at one place.

Money in cryptocurrency belongs only to you, no one you will not be able to freeze or block, but the responsibility for the safety is also on you

Money has nowhere to be safe! Money can be stolen both in banks and in shops in and on the Internet ... It all depends on how difficult it will be to steal money and how much it is advisable.

Can't argue with that, because all that is available in the Internet it is vulnerable. What does this apply not only to the world of cryptocurrencies, but also personal data, as well as your social networks. But still in the crypto-currency world there is a way to protect your money from fraudulent hacks and various hackers. I think you've already stumbled upon the recommendations of many guys about the purchase of a cold wallet. With it you will protect your savings from such situations.

Is that a cold wallet? I just heard it, maybe this will be a solution for me to secure my wallet from hackers, how to install the cold wallet that you say? Is it really safe to secure my wallet?

Please help. !!

A cold wallet is good, but not very convenient if you actively trade or move your cryptoactive assets between different addresses. You can read about the cold wallet here https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Cold_storage

Just keep your private keys safe and never place those priv keys in any website, except MEW for eth/etc.
Get a Ledger or Trezor for long term storage.

Money is not at all safe in cryptocurrency, There are so many hackers around here who's only business is hack a wallet of bounty hunters to get money without doing anything.

yes I agree with you, security in crypto is not guessable, sometimes we have saved the file correctly, but still we can lose our money, somehow everything can happen, but in my opinion it would be nice if we get altcoint better we quickly sell it rather than the money we have lost.

Money in crypto cannot be safe for life so maybe we need to watch our steps here. For me I will not hold big money in my wallet if I have such because we cannot guarantee that our money can stay longer in the wallet that we have. There are lots of hackers and scams in the internet especially in this crypto business so maybe we need to put our investment in a more safe wallet and to avoid sites that can hack our wallets.

The safety in cryptos depends upon the owner itself. We are responsible for own safety as there is no third party involvement like banks and other financial institutions. Be wise in choosing exchanges and wallets. Keep your private keys safely. Don't use any infected system for accessing wallets for exchanges. Double check the URL. Be cautious while making investment in an ICO or believing anyone in the community. Just be aware.

The money is safer in crypto more than somewhere else because you can control every move here and all responisbility is on yourself only. It is very nice not to rely on someone.

Our money cannot be safe, because there can be no guarantees here. We are not in an official bank or organization. We are in a very risky place where you can earn very well.

Bank is not safer but they are responsible for any loss unlike in crypto, whenever there is any hacks such victims are mere casualty. Most times there wont be any refund. Rich people are vulnerable as you but they still keep there coins on wallets.

I think that our money isn't and was never safe here or at any place, even at  local Banks.
Just like these thiefs and these hackers (vitually) , there's bank robbers and real thiefes and we just have to assure them always and even move them when we feel the danger Wink
Even banks can run away with your funds, they can get robbed and they will never pay you or offer a refund, so, be safe.

Well, except that they depreciate, there are few threats. minimum safety precautions must be present. Do not store passwords on the computer and do not tell. what currency you invest in.
