In gambling, you shouldn't gamble with money, which you can't afford to lose. The same thing applies to trading and investing.
Even if you apply all the tips from your list, you would still be stressed out about the crypto price crash, because your financial situation would depend on the current crypto prices. The cryptocurrency markets are very volatile and it's normal to witness big price dumps every now and then. It's impossible for the Bitcoin price to keep going up and up, without any price corrections and bear markets.
Not using the internet and staying away from online activities during a price crash seems like a funny advice, if you ask me.
Trading definitely is something that you would be doing with more stress, because you have a feeling that you may actually make some profit from it, and that means while you are gambling you are not really looking into making a profit and if you do then that's a mistake like mentioned before.

This is why if you want to be a good trader, you should be aiming for a profit and most traders are not making that profit right now, because the market is down and many of them think that they are not going to do that fine. I believe that we should be considering this market crash as something benefiting us, because we could buy right now and make more profit later on, and newbies should be shown that and if they make a profit they would have more courage.

Because that way, stress would go away, there are two options, either you trade and make a profit, or you trade and it goes down and you buy more and hold long term and make a profit anyway. That's the way it should be and the stress would go away when you do that, it would benefit you and the profits will come. No matter how newbie or veteran you are, this method will make sure that your stress isn't too much and you end up with something good.

We know that some people can't help themselves in panic and have the intention to sell their losses.

The best way for me to relieve stress during market crashes like now is to;

  • Stopping all price update notifications
  • Deleting exchange apps (if you have them on an exchange)
  • Not playing too much on the internet
  • Focusing on the real world
  • Keeping myself busy doing physical activities

Are there any other ways you can suggest?

Ignoring the market price and focus on other activities, it  will help newbies to avoid panic whenever the price is decreasing in the market, because no matter how old newbies are in the crypto investment, they must panic when they are holding huge amount of coins and the market price is still decreasing. Having the knowledge of holding long, it can make you not to panic during the bearish season, because no matter how low the price may reach in the market, it will definitely increase higher to your wish before you can trade to make income, because you have the knowledge of holding long. I think, stoping all price update notification will make some Newbies to avoid panicking, because the majority of users that panic during the massive bearish season are newbies, because they always focus on price update notification which  they need to avoid to overcome panic during the bearish season.

In my case it is from experience. In the recent dip, a friend who has started investing a year ago asked me via Whatsapp: "Hey, how do you see the market drop?" To which I replied with a GIF of a guy yawning.

When you've been doing this for a while you know it's normal. And what's more, when we have been in the bull market for a while, which is when some newbies are investing because it seems that the price is going to keep going up non-stop until infinity, that's when I expect a crash to come imminently.
What you should not do is to buy high and get scared in the crash and sell.

When there is a major crash in the market, there is usually uncertainty among investors. In this instability, many people sell their assets which is the biggest reason for their losses. Investors must keep their spirits up as such situations are not uncommon in the crypto space. I must agree with you that if one stops looking at his portfolio during that fall he can be stress free during this period. Sometimes it can be seen unconsciously so if those apps are removed it can definitely play an effective role in relieving such stress. The investor should remember that he has no investment. He has to forget his investment. As much as possible he will feel the pressure if he does not keep himself busy with other activities. I can emphasize that if a person wants to forget about his crash then he can take these steps which will definitely be able to keep an investor stress free.

The best way is to learn how to stop caring about the price. Step away from the screen. At some point you will become a Bitcoin veteran who does not care about market movements. And that is also when your risk of panic-selling and thereby losing money, becomes minimal to non-existent. But until that point, the only thing holding you back from making a bad decision is your self-discipline. Unfortunately many people lack self-discipline.
Sometimes it's hard not to care about the price, let alone stay away from the screen because it can be our daily screen to find any information and behind it all can certainly be a panic when the price drops.
Yes, now learn not to care about the price, because if you continue to pay attention it could be that they will sell because they don't want to lose more, if there is no doubt then you can buy again at the lowest price.
Bitcoin back to $60K recovery will happen soon, then the market crash only happened a few days.

As a investor, you are right, it's hard not to care about the price. However, if you are going to keep on looking at the price like every hour, then it can stressed you out. So for those who have the experience already, I doubt that they are going to do that, instead they are going to just keep a mum about it or keep silent until everything settles down and then we can go on.

Just like what we have been seeing in the last 24 hours, the last time I check the price is $57k, now as I go on cmc, it's up to $61k. So just imagine if I panic when it goes down to below $50k and then sell, I would have regret my decision then. So just be patience, don't stressed yourself as we all know that Bitcoin is very resilient and it will bounce back sooner that we think.

You are right. These all tips may seem still useless if you have invested all your hard-earned money that you can't afford to lose. This is the reason why we should know well our investment first before making such decision to invest. That way, you will be prepared if there are price correction or market crash that is going to happen and you are fully aware on what to do to avoid such losses. Learn to invest at your own risk. Losses are inevitable, at least you won't get highly frustrated if ever that happens.

We know that some people can't help themselves in panic and have the intention to sell their losses.
Panic is influenced by ignorance and most people who experience panic because they don't understand the journey of bitcoin, so they feel afraid when the market experiences a correction to the journey of bitcoin.
I agree with this one, the more experienced an investor is, the better their way of minimizing losses. At the very least, they won't sell as prices fall, while they will buy and increase the potential for a quicker reversal.

The advantage of investing in the long term is that we don't need to check the market all the time so that even though there is a severe correction it will never affect panic excessively because we understand that every correction that occurs will definitely have a gradual recovery. The way someone relieves stress during a market crash is different and it is influenced by the level of knowledge about the investment they are running.

When we understand investing in bitcoin, maybe a market crash is a momentum to make large purchases because this is the best opportunity to enter the market to accumulate purchases according to the capital we have.
Yes of course. Long-term holders basically do not completely ignore price changes or trends. They will continue to monitor price changes so as not to miss other good opportunities to build a portfolio. This is what most experienced investors do, I mean they will buy a lot during a downturn and accumulate it in the long term.

Well for me what I do is just not look at my phone. I will even now sometimes just turn it off because I do have so many applications with price notifications.

Not going on twitter and other social medias does also help. If we avoid them then we can avoid the fud and fomo that people speak of. I do not want to sell my coins for so cheap so it is how I do this.
Sometimes indeed everyone has a different way, maybe what you do is good for you but I don't think so.
I will still see the movement of market prices but whatever happens does not affect me anymore because I already have a commitment to the investment that I made so no matter how much the price drops it doesn't make me panic and even though there is an increase it doesn't make me tempted before the price hits like my initial plan.

It will depend on how much you have invested in this market. If you only invest a small portion of your assets in this market, and you have many different sources of income and diversify your assets into other areas. You can easily ignore the short term volatility of the market and won't even be tempted like you said. But if you put the majority of your assets in the market and it's a large amount of money, it will feel completely different.

Many people claim they don't feel panic every time the market corrects strongly and I also trust them somewhat but I guess they don't invest too much here. Because no one will feel comfortable when yesterday our assets were worth millions of dollars and now it has decreased in value by 20%-30% and may decrease even more. That is a huge pressure even though we all know that bitcoin will also recover over time.

With the recent crash that happened in the crypto market, some investors who have not experienced something like this before will panic and sell their bitcoin at a loss if they aren't strong enough to hold their investments. Not all investors will be able to handle the dip in the crypto market. The points you listed above are valid to help investors relieve themselves in times like this. Another thing that will help investors relieve themselves is that if they have extra money to buy the dip, they will see this dip as an opportunity to accumulate bitcoin at a low price, and they will get over the dip because they seized the opportunity in the market to accumulate more stash at a discount price.
Those who panic when they see that market conditions are declining, of course, because they do not understand well how Bitcoin works, so they sell their assets at a loss and also things like you mentioned will also affect someone to hold their investment because they do not have another source of income that can be used for their needs so they have to sell some of the assets they own.

Buying in a declining condition is certainly very good, but we also have to have enough funds and be able to hold it in a short period of time because if we continue to buy it and can't hold it until the price rises again, of course this will make losses for ourselves, so before deciding to take advantage of the declining condition, of course we must first have a source of funds that we can indeed hold on to for a long period of time.

The rise and fall of Bitcoin prices is something that we have seen very often over the years so that almost everyone has a fairly mature plan with what they have experienced when they have committed to continuing to invest in their respective ways of thinking while still making Bitcoin their main focus. But most people also really want to take advantage of the moment of price drops to buy Bitcoin which will ultimately also increase the number of Bitcoin assets that they have held so far and I think that is also good because it includes people who do not panic when they see a price drop happening in Bitcoin.

To be fair it is not really fair to say that we should "avoid" crypto just because it's down. Realizing that downs are natural part of the market should be more than enough to be fair, and I think that's what most people are dealing with, they think that it is going to be fine and they just see the drop as a chance to buy more, that's why it doesn't stay at the bottom after a crash, you see the price crash to a very low price, and then a day later it is already near 10% up, that always happens because we keep seeing many people taking advantage of the situation and keep buying, that's the most important part.

I believe that we are going to make a profit from this part too, we just need to keep holding and keep buying up, don't feel stressed.

this is why I like diverting my trade to stocks and crypto, because if crypto suddenly go down like this I can just get my stock money and withdraw it from the market to trade on crypto and get best of the best position from the very bottom.

I think for someone that easily gets stressed like you this strategy might also work, it works like a distraction to not get too focused on crypto market sudden dump and do something else, because the nature of crypto of always growing in the long term price chart, waiting it out usually suffice if your portfolio happen to be down really bad because of the sudden market shake up.

because speaking from my experience, people who easily gets stressed, are also vulnerable to making haste decision, you see those paper hand selling at the very bottom, those are the kind of people who gets easily stressed by the changing of the market direction.

Actually I didn't panic about the decline in bitcoin, instead I kept monitoring the graph as usual and it didn't make me want to sell bitcoin, sometimes if I have extra money I buy bitcoin because the price is discounted. In addition, I also believe that bitcoin is an asset of the future, so having this kind of belief makes us not panic.

This is good advice, it's better not to open social media when there is a decline, let alone listen to predictions given by influencers on social media. Because this is what makes our belief in bitcoin shake with the fud and fomo that we read and hear so that indirectly makes us panic and sell it at a low price. Honestly, sometimes when we have strong beliefs in Bitcoin after reading other people's analysis and predictions, it will affect our decisions, especially when the price of Bitcoin drops drastically by %12 like yesterday, it is very easy to influence our decisions. The most effective way to avoid stress when the price of bitcoin drops is to find as much income as possible in the real world to buy bitcoin again.

Taking a long brake from the bitcoin market chart is the sure way to staying away from every possible depression from market volatilities, this is very important for us as bitcoin investors as far as we intend to make some positive growth along the way, bitcoin will always recover each time it has a slide downward so for that we have to get ourselves prepared ahead even before we decide to invest in bitcoin and hold for sometimes.

Between that also we need a basic Concepts to our bitcoin approach in the sense that we need to build knowledge that can guarantee us a level of peace since that is what you need as a long term bitcoin investors, and taking a brake from the daily bitcoin market movements helps alot.
