To be positive doesn't mean to deny reality, it means to focus on what it's possible (POSitive, POSsible, POtential, POwer, have the same latin root, the latin verb "posse", "to can")
So, the sercret is to ask "What can I do in this situation?"

hey, the question is really actual
we live in the are of consumerism and do not have time ( or desire) to think of such things as calm.harmony, and happiness. we just consume all the good stuff our generation makes and are getting obsessed with the ideas of consumerism, decadence and apathy.
sp the point is. to be positive one needs to change their perspective on life and a way of thinking in general, concentrate on such simple things as the sky, the sun, sunbeams, smiles etc.

Sometimes being positive very easy for me but i don't know how. Usually i am just joking and feeling good when people around me laughing.

When the stressful situation does cause negative thoughts, at least you should still be able to control yourself at that time.

Thinking to solve existing problems. Remember that the problem is just a question that is not answered, suppose the problem is "question" and find the answer immediately. (actually most of us have already found the answer)
If you already know the answer, stop thinking and act immediately, sometimes people who think mostly just act less because of their own thoughts !!

Accept the things about yourself that you can’t change, too. For example, if you’re an introverted person who needs quiet time alone to “recharge,” trying to be an extrovert all the time will probably just make you feel drained and unhappy. Accept yourself for who you are right now, just as you are. You can then feel free to develop that self into the most positive self you can be.

One of the simplest but most effective ways to build a more positive outlook is to ask more helpful questions as often as possible. Any answer which seems to deviate from the normal need to be neglected. Always fill your thoughts with positive mentality.

Positive thinking is about how you perceive a problem.
If an event you are experiencing, you look on only from one side, then what happens is a stuck minded.
However, if a problem is described from several points of view, then you will find the positive things that are in it.

easy to be positive, we do not have to be too dizzy and do not always think bad, we only think good things, the more we believe and always think good and positive I am sure, good things will come, do not say Positive things are very thin, because we are just ordinary people ,, pray is a good way in the problem being experienced.

Staying positive in a position where our patience were being tested is very hard, but it will also reveal our true attitude and our personality. Me also, i cannot contain myself and be calm at those times but sometimes when i succed to calm myself it is when i just close my eyes, say a prayer and count until my emotion goes down.
