a positive person is a person who does not bemoan the past and is not afraid of the future. because for a person whose positife is life is a day, not a past past or an uncertain future.

You need to learn to break down your thoughts and identify where the negativity and broken thought processes are. Then learn to control your process and talk back to negative thoughts.

if my opinion is positive for everyday life is by way of coffee together with friends and also work posif aja, we live only temporarily, so use the time as good as its good.

Positive Believe is Must. If want to think positive and want to keep positive thoughts alive, Believe is must. Believe is that energy that take your Positive thoughts to next level,and is responsible for keeping Positive thoughts alive,.

To be positive you need to think positive. Free yourself of stress and worry and try to be optimistic. Things will change. It comes from your internal attitude and responses.

In my opinion, firstly you should read some psychology and people relationship books speacially psychology books.

I can offer a book for your starting it's called "Feeling Good , David Burns". If you interest like these subjects, you can keep going with Sigmund Freud's books later. I may give you advice for Freud. For example, "Totem and Taboo, The Psychopathology of Everyday Life".
