How to be positive? It’s simple just stay away from people who are negative.  Be optimistic, always look at the bright side of your life.

I put in mind that whatever problems or worries I am having right now, it will pass.  It will not be permanent. There will be sunshine after the rain.  Roll Eyes

Be thankful actively. Being grateful is not just a feeling, but an action. Be grateful to change the perspective instantaneously and the more we are grateful, the benefits will be greater.In addition, thankful also makes us feel more positive, improve our relationship with others, cultivate love, and add happiness.

I’m gonna think about my family. Family is my strenght. Im thinking also about my goals in life. You know what all people have a struggle in life. Not all the time will be a good time. We also have a bad time to ake us stronger. We learned about things that hapoened to us in the pass.

first to relieve stress and negative thoughts is to stop thinking for a moment, relax, empty your mind and begin to refill with a focus on finding the most sensible way out of the existing state.

Do not judge yourself for our thoughts and feelings. Basically, nothing can be said to be "good" or "bad" for thoughts and feelings. Know that we can not control every thought that comes up or the feelings we experience. What we can control is the way we interpret and respond.

how to remain positive in times of difficult situations where there is very little hope for positivity???


be positive by making goals that can be done for our own efforts. Know that we can not control others. If we determine a goal whose attainment depends on the response of others, we will be disappointed if things do not go as expected. So, set goals based on the things we are able to control, namely our own capabilities that are obviously not owned by others.

Sometimes a person thinks negative in a difficult situation but always think no pain no gain we need to look forward to succeed.

Just tell yourself about good things that might happen to you if you do something. It is kind of motivation, when you really want it you will stay positive and motivated.

1. Find the optimistic viewpoint in a negative situation.
2. Cultivate and live in a positive environment.
3. Go slowly.
4. Don’t make a mountain out of a molehill.
5. Don’t let vague fears hold you back from doing what you want.
6. Add value and positivity to someone else’s life.
7. Exercise regularly and eat and sleep well.
8. Learn to take criticism in a healthy way.
9. If something still gets under your skin then know what to do.
10. Start your day in a positive way.
11. Mindfully move through your day.

If you have beliefs about religion then remember the name of god, remember that god is always with us and god will not trouble us beyond our ability. That's what I usually do to support myself when I'm in trouble or negative things. Smiley

There are various ways you can apply to be a positive person, even if you are experiencing sadness, anger, or challenge. What you can control is the way you interpret and respond.

We all know that life is full of ups and down even suprises,  since we know it all , whenever we feel we're losing hope just look up at the sky and the things around you,  feel that very moment it will calm your mind and heart and then,  get up and said to yourself I can do well, I still have a chance. Don't let your negativity in life bring you down.  Whenever that negativity suffocate you, just breath and take sometime to look back of what you have and gain, what you surpass under every circumstances, that will give you strength that somehow there still a way out to where you are right now. If you dont have someone to share your situation, just speak to God even though you cannot see him, I can assured you that He is listening.  Cry if you want to cry, be angry if your angry, be happy if you are happy remember that you are human,  and human tend to have weaknesses. Just stand up again if you fall.
