Patience is costly and precious. To be patient In life there are Se certain  things you must put in place such as you must be able to be fast to hear and slow to act. Any thing you are told ,you must think very deeply of it before you act on it..

Patience should be brought up gradually. First you need to be patient with yourself. If you are upset, you should be reasonable and patient and be able to restrain yourself. It's good to do your favorite thing or useful work - it distracts from bad thoughts.

In fact there are also some things that we are not supposed to be patient, instead we must be angry and retaliate. Like for example your wife and child were attacked, the mosque was burned, the Qur'an was harassed, and so on.

Now, you have to map, what important things do you really have to be angry about. So, in matters that are not important, there is no need to be angry, and no need to be baper.

Like for example you like rice with chicken side dishes. So, if one day you can even get a ration of rice plus fish, don't just because of that you are angry, so there is a quarrel with the others. Be patient. No need to spend energy for what is not important.

Meanwhile, you will always rush to take care of other things that are really important. Until finally the unimportant thing was not thought about.

Patience is the most valuable quality for success and achievement of purpose. Today, in the XXI century - an age of haste, technological progress and rapid development of being patient is important. But how to learn patience?
First of all, you got to find what you love on this planet and understand your needs - this will lead to patience, because you won't longer run for everything like it shows us TV and stereotypes.

Patience is a really beautiful virtue. But it is also very hard to cultivate as a habit. The first step to take is to identify the need to possess it. I believe it is a very important sign of maturity. And we all must go through the process of developing it. After identifying the need, then you must be open to big plans and projects. When these projects appear, do not shy away from them. I believe it takes hands-on experience to develop patience. And this is what big tasks present to us. Because without patience, you really can't achieve much, engaging in big long term projects with a consciousness of the importance of patience will help to bridge this character gap. No matter the amount of books you read and lectures you attend, you can never learn patience if you don't go out to do stuff.

Usually people learn patience because of their life circumstances. When you go through something hard you don't really have a choice

To start, be more mindful of your thoughts. Since you have start the first step ("I want to be more patient") that means you find yourself exhibiting behaviors you are unsatisfied with. So every time you feel like reacting to some event, catch yourself before you react and ask yourself what kind of response you would really want to make. All the best to you!

The following is how to train yourself so that you become a more patient person:
- Accept your limits
- Accept the fact that there will always be people who are better / worse than you
- Accept that we humans cannot escape mistakes
- Don't be too proud of yourself and show off

The thing I do to practice patience is to think positively, I believe if we always think positively then positive energy will always be in us. So we can resist anger. Try doing that, surely you will soon be a little patient.

There are many techniques. You just have to find which one works best for you. For me, I find when I'm getting annoyed or impatient, I take a step back take a few deep breathes and try to gain a little perspective.
