70% of crypto exchanges allow trading and withdrawal without any verifications, you just have to do research on them is all, here are few ones I used with no KYC needed ..
first of all any centralized platform, specially those that have a KYC rule, can force any user to submit it at any time by closing their accounts and freezing their funds. it doesn't matter if they have a rule that says "no KYC if blank", they can change it at any time if they liked. and they have all done that in the past. for example Bittrex did it a couple of years ago and at the same time scammed thousands of users by shutting their accounts for good overnight, mine included.

secondly most of such services don't let you connect using Tor or through any other privacy enhancing way which means you won't be anonymous (which is what OP wants).

and finally some of the services you listed have changed and are now forcing KYC to all.

By using a P2P exchange that does not force KYC and allows for more private payment methods, it can be achieved to buy bitcoin anonymously. You can maintain a greater degree of privacy when you buy bitcoin with cash in person or use stuff like gift cards.

hey folks, i have been looking for ways to purchase bitcoin anonymously, can i purchase in such a way? i have tried googling and found some ways which in fact not dealing anonymously as they require my identity to be published to the seller which i'm not comfortable with.

Problem with buying anything anonymously is with what you will buy it?  If you will buy with credit card, then of course the credit card company will know you bought it.  If you will buy Bitcoin with your car, then guy that sell you bitcoin will know you since you will give him your car keys. Some things simply cant be bought anonymously.

Even if you don't complete KYC on those exchanges, you still need to transfer fiat money to them via a bank account, a credit card, PayPal, or some other electronic method, all of which come attached with the minimum of your name and phone number, but potentially also your address, account number, etc., and so are in no way anonymous. Furthermore, pretty much all centralized exchanges track your bitcoin deposits and withdrawals to report to various governments and third parties, and all centralized exchanges can freeze or lock your account at any time and demand that you complete KYC, holding your coins hostage unless you do.

Any centralized exchange is an incredibly poor choice if you are interested in maintaining privacy, and it is utterly impossible to be anonymous when using them.

Besides what others suggested, I can suggest https://www.bestchange.com/ too, were on this platform got some different exchanges where you can buy/sell Bitcoin with different payment methods, especially credit cards or Paypal, different cryptocurrency or fiat currencies.
There are some exchanges there that you can buy anonymously. But my tip for you is to research first the exchanges you already found, and read some review and asks questions about it since maybe there are some problem on some exchanges and you may lost your money.

Will buying through the PayPal payment system or with a credit card make the purchase Anonymous?
The forum has such exchange opportunities. The only important thing is to find a conscientious trader since with today's growth in bitcoin, the number of scammers is growing at an arithmetic progression.
Although I agree that on this exchanger it is possible to purchase bitcoin without providing your identity, this amount should be small.

How if you buy Bitcoin from a decentralized exchange? AFAIK you don't need to do KYC, just connect your wallet to the exchange and you can buy the Bitcoin there. I think it is possible as one of the solutions to buy Bitcoin anonymously. However, if you only want to buy Bitcoin with a small number, you don't need to make you busy by looking for P2P market or decentralized exchanges. Yeah, just buy from Bitcoin ATM. While if you want to buy big numbers, you must consider the fees. For me, Bitcoin ATM requires more expensive fees than buying on exchanges.

You can access the trading platform without KYC because there are some p2p which is not going to ask you to KYC for using their platform but you can't expect anonymity while dealing with a person. In the past it is possible with cash in person trade but now it is not available on most of the p2p exchanges which I know. The only way is to buy bitcoin from Bitcoin ATM which doesn't ask KYC or find someone and give him the cash directly and get the bitcoins into your wallet.

It's not going to help the person because you need to deposit bitcoins to use Bisq, even if you're looking to buy with fiat. The system has a security deposit, and it can only be with bitcoins.
So if the @OP is looking to buy some BTC, he won't be able to use a platform where you need BTC to participate.

And as someone pointed out earlier, anonymously can not be done with bank transfers if the receiver has your first name/last name.
F2F or BTC ATMs are the best choices

Well, there are a few ways of getting a Bitcoin anonymously first is, if you ever find or have some near you a Bitcoin ATM that would likely one of the best options to procure Bitcoin. Next is via p2p however, you will more likely deal with a strange person which I am not so sure if you are comfortable with. Last is through DEX(decentralize exchange) for example Bisq, you can purchase bitcoin here anonymously. DEX doesn't like any centralized exchange that requires KYC so this will definitely suit your type.

Another option is using Mycelium wallet trading account. Mycelium is a Bitcoin wallet available only for mobile devices. It does not ask you to register or complete KYC. You can use it to swap altcoin for BTC.
AFAIK Mycelium is using Changelly as its exchange service, so expect KYC cards to be available. I'd not use them if I need to trade a large number of coins. Not to mention there are several reports/posts about Changelly being unreliable here and there. At least OP should check them out first.

OP, the only option for you at this point is to use cash and to find an ATM that has no KYC requirements, in other way there is no way for you to get bitcoins without anybody to know a thing about you.
There are more ways to transfer fiat anonymously to a third party so you can buy bitcoin from them. Cash can be sent through the mail, or can be dropped off at an agreed location. Some countries allow you to walk in to a bank and deposit cash to someone else's account. Some countries all you to send money orders anonymously to other people. Good peer to peer exchanges such as Bisq support all of these methods.

Do it P2P find a person you know which selling his Bitcoin then buy for him directly .in that case you will never need to send any identification from exchange the only person that will know you  is the person where you buy your Bitcoin.
You should read the main post once again. He doesn't want to expose his identity, it doesn't mean that he only don't want to submit his KYC documents, but also he doesn't want to expose himself as a Bitcoin user to the third party.

It's good move that OP is looking to buy Bitcoin anonymously. I believe OP already learnt how you should buy Bitcoin anonymously. Just an additional suggest, please choose a right wallet to keep your fund secure. Better to select a hardware wallet or a noncustodial wallet. You may take a look on this thread to realize which wallet you should choose.

That is exactly his problem!!!!
He doesn't want a stranger to have any details about him, not his bank account not his PayPal account, not anything.

I'm amazed why some recommend p2p markets when that's exactly what happens there, you have to give a complete stranger your bank accounts or in this case, you need to transfer from your bank account to his in order to get the coins. So, again, a complete stranger will know X Y with bank account 123qwerty has bought coins from him.

OP, the only option for you at this point is to use cash and to find an ATM that has no KYC requirements, in other way there is no way for you to get bitcoins without anybody to know a thing about you.

This is true if the value of daily trades is up to 2 BTC per day correct? They will ask you to provide if its more than that. I have also read some testimonies that they were forced to submit private information for withdrawals less than the supposed daily cap.
Not correct. 2 BTC per day is withdrawal cap, not trading cap.

On Binance, you are free from KYC with less than 2 BTC withdrawal per day. If you are big trader and think you will do withdrawal that are more than 2 BTC per day, you should submit your identity documents to finish KYC verification.

I don't verify KYC on Binance if they don't require it mandatorily. I don't withdrawal more than 2 BTC every 24 hours (even I have big money) and give up my identities.

Quote from: Binance link=https://www.binance.com/en/support/articles/115003670492-How-to-Withdraw-from-Binance
If you have not completed the identity verification for your account, your withdrawal limit is set to 2 BTC for every 24 hours.

But looks only for legit seller not the one you only found online it's better if you have connection in that person already to lessen the risk and have successful trade.

How much are you looking to buy?

For upto 2 BTC you can use centralized exchange like Binance, where you do not need to go through KYC.

1. You can still trade and withdraw on many centralized exchanges
2. Decentralized (DEX) are better fit for your aim
3. P2P platforms are another better fit too

You don't have to go through any verifications to trade or buy bitcoin and things can be more easier if there is any bitcoin ATM close to you.

If you want to use bought bitcoin to buy altcoins, Binance can be good. It does not require KYC https://www.binance.com

any exchange that has a KYC system in place and is asking other users to submit their documents has a huge risk of forcing anyone to submit their documents, in other words they can change their rules as they wish and without any warnings. take a look at the massive scam that Bittrex pulled where they disabled a large number of accounts and pocketed their money even though they promised they never force KYC or other restrictions on those accounts before.

There are ways to buy bitcoin without going through verifications on Centralized exchanges, like binance for example you can buy and sell bitcoin and withdraw without KYC but there is a limit you can withdraw everyday, if you don't like the limit part go for p2p platforms like paxful
