I agree with first comment, I would say that OP used the wrong term too. For the purpose of trading it`s the "right timing" for buying and selling. Term "right place" is not completely wrong, if your term is came from chart analyses, than the "right place" on the charts for buying or selling, have much more sense.
Only headline suggest that topic is about a place where to buy bitcoins. At least I got that impression, and as it seems many others.

As you said, we always should be careful now that the venture capitalists are in.

A good price for buying bitcoin in my opinion is when prices are down and it is predicted to rise soon, because of the difference that is a profit. In theory it's very simple.
The problem is when prices are in a low position and when prices will rise, that makes speculation that bitcoin holders must take into account the parameters that are available when investing. So one of the keys to the success of Bitcoin must be patient and not greedy.

If I bought yesterday in bitcoin then I should wait and HODL until my profit was there. We could not conclude when it is the right time to buy. But once you've done investing wait until your profit was there, that is my of investing bitcoin.

Take a look at the movement bitcoin price in a few month back, have you look the volatile price? I guess not. Bitcoin just have stable price in $3700 to $3900 then I think you will not get a big loss if you bought bitcoin at $3700 price or even you will get profit if you have a patience and sell it at $3900. The right time to buy bitcoin is when you have predicted it and look at the price movement privously.

You got a point meyt but all have thier own opinion , all have different goals , all have different mindset . like for example me myself is a patient person i can wait for a long time if ever the price of bitcoin fall and that is the time that i will buy because that is also the time that i can afford . while other guys cant wait and they have a cash to buy bitcoin at all times so why would they wait ? It also depend on the type of coins if ever you are an altcoin investor . some coins wont go down lower or wont go up higher

It's always the best time, that's believers and well knowledgeable investors will say, if you have a full confidence that you understand how the market works and what the industry can bring to you, there's no time frame as timing can be done separately, if you are for long journey any position right now can bring big in the future, while if you are trying to do short then you need to observed longer.

It would be depends on how you will treat the market to favor your positions.

I’ll agree with you as each one has different criteria when it comes to buying bitcoins, and there’s no universal answer to this question. I follow a simple approach I always buy it everytime it starts to fall, then I simply hodl my coins for a long while. Also another approach of mine is to, buy bitcoins everytime it’s adoption rate is rising as higher adoption often leads to price hikes.

It is easy to type some words rather than make it real and make it happen.
None wants to buy at the peak, don't you think that they are not so stupid to do it? They just expect the price to increase more and make a need peak upwards of the price they bought. It is very hard to make a trading decision when it is needed and easier to translate graphs at a later point of time.

Everyone would agree because the price is already cheap, you cannot ask for a lower price than the current as lately we have been seeing it tries to break resistance. Also, the bear is already long so I'm expecting anytime soon there will be a breakout of Bitcoin price, and this will also lead to altcoins big spike.
