You know what its better they ask Passport or Video Chat because it means that its legit and trusted one because if not its sounds fishy they ask that because they want their buyer is not a scammer too. So if you and buyer has no intention of scam, then there is no harm in sharing the identity.

Yes it is possible. And also you can buy bitcoin here no further passport and video chat needed but then you must have third party or middle man so it is not hard to find exchange here.

I try to buy bitcoin first time in my life. All bitcoin trading platforms I've found so far demand a copy of my passport and a videochat verfication. Sorry, I have no webcam and no headset and would have to buy and install first just for this verification. And I don't like the idea to send a copy of my passport via email. I think if I buy with SEPA transfer from my official bank account, I should be verficated enough. I'm bewildered. Remains only they demand my fingerprints and my police report in advance.

Is there any possibility to buy bitcoin for just 100,- Euro without this effort? I could pay via SEPA, Paypal, Visa- or Mastercard.

P.S. I'm from Germany
Yes, it is possible. I heard in coinbase, you can buy bitcoin through fiat money, vice versa. There is no identity needed to sign up there.
It's easy since you don't need to set a buy order or sell order. What you need is to convert through their wallet. It's easy and very relaiable.

I don't know if someone else already mentioned it but if not, you may want to try Bitsquare.io - It is a p2p platform for people who want to avoid sharing their personal details . Below is an excerpt from their website. Hope that helps.

"Bitsquare is for those who do not want to forfeit control or privacy to a central authority in order to trade with other individuals. We regard financial transactions as a form of private speech that should be protected from surveillance by banks, governments, and other institutions."

The revolution will be monetized!
The problem is with fiat not bitcoin. Try, for example, setting up a bank account without showing identity.

In the philippines there is a coins.ph one of the merchant in that country who accepted bitcoin, a merchant who is affiliated in all remittances outlet in this country, also connected too in any bank company, and lastly partnered by 711 convenience store outlet. Which you can get bitcoin without showing any verification id in 7 eleven just important is you must sign up with coins.ph, and proceed in cash in then get the reference number from coinsph. then show it once you go in the outlet branch.

You can most definitely buy bitcoins without any ID verification.

Like said above, the easiest way is to use http://localbitcoins.com.

If there is no one selling for cash in your city, you can buy from one of the many sepa sellers all around Europe.

I'm a seller myself, you can watch my profile here https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/Bahtcoin/
Don't hesitate to contact me on localbitcoins, I can accept SEPA transfer and money transfer companies like RIA or Moneygram.

There are many ways to buy bitcoin without passport or a valid Id. There are some wallets selling bitcoins, you can buy with it but it depends on the country because there are country are very strictly even cash-in, need them to know your valid Id. In my country, sign up is just enough for buying bitcoins but if you want to cash out you need to verify your account. So they are not the same.

Additionally, look no farther than this forum's very own currency exchange section at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

Go for escrow if you like, or choose a member with high trust ratings, or wing it like I did early on and get lucky/unlucky.

You're new so, go safe and pay higher fees.

WOLF.BET - Provably Fair Crypto Casino
I remember the times when you could buy Bitcoins without or with some minimum personal data. But things have changed and now this is almost impossibe because of whole bunch of regulation, rules, anti-money laundering or anti terrorist laws and exchangers want to do legitimate businesses.
You can try on localbitcoins probably you will find some trader there from your country.

Most of the legit exchange platform are requiring their client members to give some verification id to your information together with a shot in video call record while holding your verification id. And for some reason it is for the security of your account so it may not hack by the scammers. but in my country, even you don't have that thing we have one merchant here where you can buy bitcoin directly who accepted bitcoin through visiting their convenience store outlet which 711. I don't know in your place if have that too.

It's hard to buy bitcoin without passport and video chat verification, because some of the site that don't need it, is not safe. or some people is not legitimate. It's either you risk your money, or you'll buy in that site with passport and video chat verification. Or try to find legit person here and buy to them.

Have you had a look at these links?

https://localbitcoins.com/country/De

https://www.bitcoin.de/en/faq/how-do-i-purchase-bitcoins-at-bitcoin-de/13.html

https://www.buybitcoinworldwide.com/germany/  (link broken?)

Or lock at one of the big exchanges, perhaps Kraken.com kan help you?

Personally I'd buy on an exchange or if there is a German Bitcoin business than buying from some random person on a forum, but you are free to choose whatever you like!

I can buy lically from my country and sell you 100 euros worth of Bitcoin but how do I trust you unless we use an escrow and a few charges might ensue, are you ready for that in place of thorough verification?

How could I trust you without using an escrow? Any suggestions?
