I agree. I also recently began to observe the trend of disputable situations, and now I try not to trade on this exchange. There are many other interesting exchanges;)

I sent support ticket in November. Problem was my fault. Received reply last week. Problem solved in a few days. Support was slow but they did answer and solve the problem.

At least you got the reply from them because there are many people facing the same situation without any reply from the Poloniex and many people lose their hope and trust with this exchange. I don't know why Polo is doing this kind of thing by not answering to their loyal members.

Poloniex has a HUGE backlog of tickets they're working through. Someone of reddit finally got one resolved that he'd opened in June!

If you arn't making any headway, make a reddit account and then send a private message with your ticket number to https://www.reddit.com/user/Mike-Poloniex
OP's problem is resolved, but this post is very useful for further issues. The issues of the second half of this year seem to be solved on poloniex, so I went back with my funds. I personally didn't have bigger issues, but there where so many threads here about issues there and they had many DDos attacks.  But now its working fine.
Pending deposits on XEM seem to be caused by network, not poloniex.

I still strongly believe that Poloniex has their customers interests prioritized but that they are under immense growing pains at this time.

I've had a (smaller) missing deposit get credited after a week or so.

I hope you all get your tickets solved, as i did mine. and without trashtalking poloniex too much while they work for you. ;-)
So maybe my deposit will get credited a week or so too, i have taken a look at the contract address deposit are getting in why is mine stuck.

A simple "We'll check this" reply would be sufficient and will at least make me feel that they are really looking into it. Being a big company or whatsoever is not a valid reason to give a shitty customer support service.

True, we customers should not be treated like this. Have you also tried to contact them through telegram? Or send them multiple tickets so they would be aware of your concern and have the decency to at least give you an update of your problem and if they are really looking into it.

Poloniex stole some shitcoin of mine over 3 months ago and there is no way I can get any reply, I think legal actions are the only solution at this point

Easy to say but not all people do have different issues and situations regarding on their trading activities and its really hard to calm down yourself when you do see your coin is stuck or whatsoever problem you do have on the site which would affect the profitability or even on worst cases you might really lose up big money if you didnt able to manage those coins inside which do really suck at all.For now i havent experience any problem on poloniex and hopefully it wont happen into me.The possible and nearest contact on them is just only on their support system.
