Poloniex has a HUGE backlog of tickets they're working through. Someone of reddit finally got one resolved that he'd opened in June!

If you arn't making any headway, make a reddit account and then send a private message with your ticket number to https://www.reddit.com/user/Mike-Poloniex

I still strongly believe that Poloniex has their customers interests prioritized but that they are under immense growing pains at this time.

I've had a (smaller) missing deposit get credited after a week or so.

I hope you all get your tickets solved, as i did mine. and without trashtalking poloniex too much while they work for you. ;-)

Last time I wait 2 weeks to processed Ether withdraw, bad service at all

as long as that is the time given ...
the procedure or any problem to wait to recover again there is no way to make it faster

Final update : After 12 days my account was unlocked . I think they do not steal any once money but their support make you crazy...

Im pulling my hair out here. 

My 2FA stopped working, stupidly I didnt take down reset code.

I emailed Poloniex. 3 days later had still not heard anything, while trying to log onto my account a 1000th time I was redirected to http://poloniexassetexchange.com/  which looks like it was a clone of the poloniex site.

My 2FA failed again, but I did then I received an auto email from Poloniex saying that they had detected a successful login in America.

So I froze my account and raised a ticket with Poloniex.  Herve replied 3 hours later - an actual person, not an auto response. They said to make sure my email was secure, that I had turned on 2FA on my poloniex and to reset my password, and that he would freeze the account (all of this I had told them in the tickets that I had already done).  That was 8 days ago and I havent heard back since.

I am so worried. I dont know If I was hacked... my last activity was a stop order to sell my BTC, I dont know if I have any in there, or if it is USDT or BTC?

I am hoping that as I have 2FA, even if someone did get in, firstly they would need 2FA to do a withdrawal. Secondly my daily limit is only $2500 thirdly the time it takes poloniex to action a withdrawal, hopefully the account was frozen before that happened.

This site is a joke.   Im most terrified that Poloniex will just shut up shop and vanish off the net. There certainly appears to be no commitment to customers.

I´am waiting now more then 3 weeks for a answer from the support. Nothin happend!
And for my tier verification i´am waiting more then 4 month!! Poloniex has the worst support in the world.

You have to wait for their reply .Poloniex is slower and slower to their users.Maybe someday it will become to another Mintpal.

Sadly but that's the only one way how to contact them. It will be useless if you create new support ticket for same problem because they will delete it as double support ticket. Last time i sent a ticket to them, it got answered after 1 month and because of that, i have lost lots of value of some altcoin.

I think there is no other way to contact poloniex besides in contact support, even I see if contacting poloniex on twitter also the result will be the same only, I strongly do not recommend poloniex for exchange, although poloniex has many users but the feedback for poloniex is very bad.
