I got to control mine by finding something to do with my own life. Controlling it is hard especially if you've been addicted to gambling for a long time, and that's what causes you to be greedy. Another thing you can do is withdrawing each time you reach a certain amount. For example you deposit 0.1, make 0.05 profit and you withdraw 0.1. Now you play with 0.05 and when you make 0.025 in profit you withdraw 0.05 and so on.

You can't control your greed. No one can. If they tell you they can they are simply lying. Gambling is supposed to be an entertaining activity and not a source of income. Consider any positive balance 'lost' unless you withdraw it first.

In short - play for fun and don't chase goals. Any profit at the end of the day/week/month is just a bonus. Good luck.

This I somewhat agree. If you come to earn from gambling houses/sites, then you are in the wrong place my friend. What most of us need is discipline although it is easier to be said than done.

You can choose the option to play for fun only in some places/sites.
I think there is still people that can control their self from being greedy.. like other said it is a nature of human. like rich people that they are not looking for high profit.. greediness is always happen for those are addicted in gambling if you are playing and you  experience of win because he is not satisfied what they had.

As i know gambling is all about luck and how to control my greed, except sportbetting (of course need skill and strategy).

I have experience in gambling (casino), somtime i hit big only with faucet or free money and i can withdraw from that. but because my greed i always want more and more, then i'll come again with my money as bankroll. Bet more and hope win more, but because of that i'll lose my money little by little and usually i'll stop after my bankroll to be "0". I call that with greed.
Anyone here have any suggestion to control my greed? Let me know.

Try to set a target each time you gamble like stop when you doubled your initial balance. Or withdraw your profit and start again with the remaining balance. And when you lost your initial balance please consider to stop gambling at that day. Try again with the same method at the next day.

I think the only thing that the best that we can do to control our greed is to become fun and enjoying the gambling game and not targeting high profit or high price since it is a nature of people that can be greed. if people are targeting profit we will be greed but if we are just gamble with fun and entertainment well you can ontrol your self from greediness..

Gambling is definitely a dangerous issue that some people don't take seriously until they get damaged , you probably won't be able to at this point , what you can do is to stop gambling and avoid it as much as possible.
There was a thread before : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/how-greedy-you-are-1080319 and you may want to read it to get an idea about how greedy people are and get some ideas about people mistakes and how to avoid them.

the problem is when you gamble and lost you cannot accept that lost.
instead to stop for a while , you just keep chasing the previous lost as you think you will win in the end.
but the law of gambling when you do it continuously in long term it won't happened, that is the reality how hard to control your greed.

Actually you doesn't need any advices and suggestions here to control your greed. It's you after all and the moment you asked questions like that, you already popped out from the usual manner when playing gambling.

You noticed that you are too much greedy in your gambling activity meaning you noticed that your money is losing at all. You realized it now and you care now for your future actions. How to control it? You already know the answer and doesn't need spiritual advice here. Good luck.

I've tried several ways, try away from gambling after won something but i cant, i always want back an back again. I need suggestions who know anyone here have experience and success control his/her greed.

Then all suggestions here will be useless since you mentioned you already tried "several ways" but still acting like that when doing gambling. Still you want more suggestions after trying those "several ways". Im wondering now what that ways are.

I don't want you to experienced this but maybe when the moment you will lose all your money, that is the time you will stop or likely control your greed. No one is gonna help you here but yourself. Majority here have all gambling experience but already knows how to deal with the greed after losing much in their gambling activity.

If you hit great amounts only with the satoshis of faucet or free money you aren't losing anything. You play for fun without lose money, that is good. If you withdraw the money, good, you made profit from zero, if you lose, no problem too, you didn't invest money from your pocket.
Control your greeding thinking how much money you could have you weren't so greed, and think the things you could do with this money.

Let me know.

Hi.

Quote
Treating compulsive gambling can be challenging. That's partly because most people have a hard time admitting they have a problem. Yet a major component of treatment is working on acknowledging that you're a compulsive gambler.
