Nice article thanks , it is indeed very easy and maybe to easy . You just need a whitepaper and a decent idea.

The next part will focus on the whitepaper, the website and creating a wallet.

thanks for sharing - nice intro to ICOs - the Team behind the ICO is key.

The team is very important I agree, but you also need a solid idea and a concept that can incorporate blockchain for a benefit, not just shoving it in to have an ICO

Is there any ICO which connect decentralized toilets?

Not that i know of, but comment if you find one Wink

ICO's are in abundance in the crypto world, every day there are more and more appearing. But what do you need to create a successful ICO? Here is an article on how to get started. Once you understand the processes and concepts behind ICO's, you will be able to tell a good one from a poor one.

What do you think of part 1? would you add anything to it?
That's an impressive guide that you have there. The people that want to do an ICO type project can learn from that article, my only suggestion is that you add a video to make the post look creative.

I smell a rat.

You recommend people to read this article and that after reading it, they will be able to tell a good ICO from a poor one.

But the article is written by Crowdholding. You don't think they would be biased and try to convince you that the best ICOs are like theirs?

Are you from Crowdholding?

Nice article!  Wink

I truly believe that team is very important! You won't be able to build something great without right people.
Also, Reddit and Bitcointalk:
The great thing about these forums is that it allows you to highlight your unique differences to the community and build a relations with your potential customers!

And dont forget about ICO listings as a great PR tool. My TOP 10:

I think you need to be more aggressive about which startups can do an ICO. People should only be doing one if it makes sense, not just to raise capital easily and unregulated.

Apart from that a good article.

Good article, what will part 2 be about?

The next part will be about how to create a wallet, the format of a whitepaper and the format of a website for an ICO.

Good article, I think this is very interesting for people who are looking to invest into ICO's.

Will show them the building blocks and hopefully they will learn what should and shouldn't be in an ICO.

Keep up the good work.

An ICO without the proper marketing, it will just sink. I would start looking into the marketing side, because am guessing the cost to run an ICO today, is hit the roof.

If the budget of those doing ICO's is on the marketing side, then thats were you need to invest your time, or bring in professionals that can take care of this.

I'm not recommending anybody start an ICO personally, 479 coin created in one day , all with different name and different price, most ICOs is Scam. A coin can be developed for a few thousand. Probably for even less.
Just like a newbies are seeing about huge money by creating scam icos, WTHeck these people must be competence to run an ico in this time, this why i was feeling glad to see the goverment will try to regulate the icos to decrease the scammer in the next days.
