how to distinguish the good ico, ico scam
That could be a big problem today,  but some ICO are very obvious to see that it is just a scam specially if they don't have a strong platform and team itself. But some project also seems to be real in the start and we could only find out that it is a scam after taking investors money and disappear. That's why we should spend time on searching and reading the entire ICO details to be sure that could be a legit one.

Now distinguish good ico is difficult. Because 2-3 ICOs commence every day. You can use analitics resoures, where they give raiting mark to each ICO, which depends on 5-6 indexes, such as git hub, developers, activity and so on.

Look at the team, look at their qualifications and what they do. Do they have a working product or at least a prototype or are they just promises and ideas? I personally think that a working product is the best indicator for a good ICO, otherwise you just have to trust their team to actually do it eventually. In this bear market is harder for ICO's to succeed which in a way is good thing because it will eventually get rid of shitty ICO's. Eventually...

i think it will be very hard to find out which ICO is good enough or scammers ICOs, nowadays there are so many ICOs rises in just a month, making us so hard to check every single ICO, and because of too many ICOs, there are not much people find out the real intension of the DEV, it is quite a risky game for us to choose to invest in an ICO, so we should only trust on well known people who already checked all the aspects of an ICO and a little luck to find out a good ICO.

This is a question from the series as always to make only profitable trades, or as always to guess the red on roulette.

I only see the composition of the team, the concept and the project, because it has given confidence to see if the project is a scam or not. now we can not continue to believe in ico where ico can be one of the best for us. but we have to research and be selective first,
Look at the
- design
- team
- credibility of idea
- quality of whitepaper
- roadmap
I hope this will help you.

For me it is difficult to distinguish a good ico,maybe researching and read the project's  background and the people behind the project are visible and reachable for questions that may ask.

In addition to these traditional factors, potential investors need to pay attention to a number of factors specific to ICO.First of all, it is necessary to answer the question of whether blockades, tokens and ICOs are really necessary to complete the task. If the same results can be achieved without the use of blocking, chances are, the best solution for this project is to leave ICO and attract investment in a more traditional way. The token released must be an integral central element of the proposed project, a kind of central link, a guide to the profits brought by the project

It is not about which one is good, or which one is not good enough, there are a lot of icos who have been doing a
good job and they are still as crap as hell, and vice-versa.

Anyway, i trust in those projects who are more transparents than the rest ones.

I only have a few habits that can distinguish that ICO scam or not, if ICO is providing updated information at all times and good service, and has a clear white paper and purpose then usually I believe that it is a real ICO.

In A LOT of the cases, ICO price falls down at the end of the ICO. I believe in 95% of the ICO, the best strategy is to wait until after the end. It gives you some extra advantages:

- serious possibility of lower price (than ICO price)
- you can check how much money was risen, thus having an idea about support and seriousness of the project

By the way, I use some of the following parameters - from a speculative point of view:

* TEAM

- if team members are known, check their profiles and experience
- if team members are anonymous, check if there's a specific reason why they remain anonymous (for ex. because it's an anonimity coin). If there is no reason, I consider it as scam unless proven otherwise Smiley

* DEVELOPMENT

Do a follow-up of the development on social channels. No news of development for 4 months? Stop kidding yourself then.

* SUPPLY

NORMALLY (yes, not always), the higher the supply, the lower the chance of extremely high prices. But exceptions exist of course, especially for really good projects.

* SUPPORT / COMMUNITY

Check for numbers of followers: on Twitter, FB, BTCtalk threads and so on. NORMALLY (yes not always...) the higher the support, the more lifespan is guaranteed.

* THE PROJECT - OF COURSE

The most important thing. Just another payment coin? Just another gambling project? Real estate?

I mean, is it really an interesting project which has something new to offer? Be realistic and ask yourself:

1. Is this what we (or some - enough people to keep it alive) are waiting for? Gap in the market? Interesting project?
2. Does the fact that the project is created on the Blockchain create an added value?

HOPE THIS HELPS!

Sumptuously!
Delicately, and most importantly in simple words given a maximum of useful information.
And I will add - now I draw attention to who is the manager of the company's bounty. If I already worked with him and was successful - I will join.

Don't ever consider an ICO just because it has more number of telegram users because nowadays it's very easy to spend some money on fake telegram followers. Verify each and every team member's profile manually and check their experiences.

See no one can tell you that for sure. It will require you to have awareness and some general analytical skills which are not common with everyone and hence those people fall victims to such scams. Until now I would have told you to blindly trust the campaigns which are started by good campaign managers like atriz, sylon etc but after the recent exposure of atriz and how he hid lies of a company which ended up with investors getting duped, I wouldn't suggest that anymore. Be your own judge.
