Gaining trust is not easy and not too complicated, the key to believe is verification and honesty. Prove to them if you are worthy of trust, then you will easily gain their trust. Never act dishonestly because in a dishonest way, people will not easily trust you back. Try to trade if you trade or do business well, you will definitely get good feedback as well.

First of all. Don't make posts like this. To me it appears quite suspicious when people are asking such things (evokes some ulterior motives).
Second, do not hunt for it. It's called trust farming and is considered as a bad habit here (may result in red trust for you).

Members will give you trust if you deserve it (just think about what other members should do to earn your trust).

You can earn/gain some trust except the red trus. if you want the red trust just post on service and then you can say about giving out your bitocin for the trust.

I don't know how strict the mods/admins are when it comes to earning trust points, but I'm pretty sure the only way to legitimately gain trust points is via doing transactions with other members of bitcointalk or handling transactions by being the escrow/middleman.
