Most of them are only interested because the price goes up high and viral news about bitcoin. his interest is also not necessarily true to learn this technology . they just want to know how to be rich. whereas if they can understand the basic knowledge of bitcoin, crypto and blockchain it is enough for them to start learning more about other things in crypto. I think it's enough to give a reference to the basic things. if someone is really interested surely he will look for more information. and the information is widely distributed on the internet freely.

Which is why people just go crazy for floki and other nonsense coins,,, always about the price, about the "potential"  Grin

I do disagree that everyone has to learn about technology though. You can still understand Bitcoin benefits without understanding the technology,,, same as people slowly began to use email and internet benefits without knowing a single knowledge about how to use html code or email protocols.

the fact is, money make people feeling thirsty, and who refuses to be rich? just to the point what he look for, when try to find money, just explain slowly how to deal with it and dont forget to avoid dangerous thing like scam and the other.
and dont forget to warn, if you too lustful, it will bring to loss
let them learn , we need nothing to explain because it will be more difficult for them to understand .
the internet is more than enough for newbies to learn.
give them links and just follow up with their questions.

Honestly there is nothing more annoying to me than people coming to me about bitcoin who are simply wanting to learn about it for "making profits" kind of like your friend here.  When I first got in to bitcoin, back in 2014 or so, it was honestly all about the technology.  In fact I studied bitcoin for about a year before ever buying.  So how to explain bitcoin to noobs?...make them learn the underlying technology.
LOL, right. I also found many people like that. just heard about bitcoin, or crypto, then thought that it was a fast track to make money with little risk. however, a lot of people are attracted by it, and when they get into the crypto world, they will be disappointed that making money is not that easy.

well, i also agree that the best way for them to know about bitcoin, about this technology is to learn, practice, read, watch youtube, and others. Currently there are many explanations about bitcoin on the internet. if he was really interested, then he would look for the information little by little.

A Bitcoiner chooses. A slave obeys.

This is as simple as I can make it:

Bitcoin: think of a wallet, that everyone has in their pocket. In this wallet they have their money and a piece of paper, in which written down is a list of wallets and how much money is in each of those wallets. Everytime someone trades their money for something, everyone takes their list and notes this trade and writes it down. Now everyone know your wallet has less money because you bought something. In fact, they know exactly how much money is left in your wallet. So you can't lie about how much money you have.

However, updating your list is a lot of work so we have people, who do this for you. In return for communicating this information to everyone about who traded with who and how much, they recieve a tiny portion from the trade, as compensation.

This method of communication is called the "blockchain". And the money is called "Bitcoin".

Bitcoin can be created by solving a lot of mathematical problems, which get harder and take longer to solve, the more Bitcoin are mined. Since math can be proven to be right or wrong, we can know whether or not someone put in real work to find real solutions.

There can only be a certain maximum amount of Bitcoins ever created, but Bitcoin can be broken into smaller pieces. The value of each piece depends on how many people want to own these pieces.

Don't just look at the advantages of Bitcoin. Nothing is perfect. You can simply tell it about the shortcomings of Bitcoin, because Bitcoin is equivalent to money, you have to tell it the consequences of investment, no investment is always profitable. Don't let your friend invest just because you tell your friend that investing in Bitcoin can make a profit. When he loses money, he will be angry with you for this reason.

What I recommend for teaching newbies is:

1. Avoid coins that do not have good fundamentals because it will reduce the risk of loss, so bitcoin is one of the best choices
2. Providing information on the world of bitcoin crypto investment with technical analysts
3. HODL Bitcoin education for short and long term with profit earned

I think these 3 points are the right way to make newbies understand crypto algorithms. Just simple like that

There's a friend about Bitcoin last 2 years who have no interest in it but I was surprised when he came to me last week to tell me what he need to know about Bitcoin. I asked him why the sudden change of heart, he told me about the testimony he hear from someone and how he would have made enough profit effortlessly.

He's still a newbie. My question is, is there a way or link for to explain Bitcoin to newbies?

Apart from the forum rules and regulations is there a thread on this forum that explains in detail the whole concept of crypto currency on this forum?

I don't want to introduce an article or blog post. But the important thing is, everybody should do research himself. You can just help him with how to do it. No pressure!

first make sure to your friend whether he really wants to get into the world of crypto or just an interest because we have to be ready to accept all the risks that are here. The first thing I will do is provide an understanding of the risks and benefits that can be obtained, it can be started with a relaxed conversation so that he can be more accepting clearly. we must also give an understanding that the crypto market can fluctuate at any time so we must be more vigilant and careful. If you really want to start investing, then start investing with small capital first and invest in coins that are really good and reliable.

If I were you then I would teach it just because I want bitcoin users to grow more. But the main requirement for teaching a beginner about bitcoin trading is never to hold yourself accountable for the gain and loss experienced due to price volatility. You may need to teach him the basic of trading and the risks involved and if your friend feels ready, continue learning. You are only responsible for teaching the basic of trading, and let him start learning a lot once he gains a lot of experience.
To be honest, this is essential.

The majority of newcomers are in the crypto world to make quick money, and we all know that quick money comes with a lot of risk. If they don't want to lose their money on coins that don't have any use cases, often known as shitcoins, they need to learn the fundamentals of trading.

it's simple to educate your friends by telling them the local market exchange in your country because there are many general knowledge FAQ about the crypto world including bitcoin. In the world of this digital era, there are many sources of knowledge in understanding something without the need to teach it directly, especially Bitcoin, which is already worldwide

One of the ideal things is to keep them knowing what the bitcoin is, the fundamental, benefits and different kinds of earnings, still its better to keep them aware what are the legit things on the bitcoin-like trading, investments, faucet, airdrops, and prevent them with the scams, they are the one of the most vulnerable in the first time investment and we don't want to lose their money with just a single mistake. Want to be include with the crypto requires time and experience so don't need to hurry and keep the phase in learning.

It is difficult to introduce bitcoin to newbies, the easiest thing is to invite him to collect bitcoin and then sell it to the market to exchange it for fiat, after he once got fiat from bitcoin then he will look for many sources about bitcoin, and the first I knew about bitcoin because of a friend who told me bitcoin for earning bitcoin then I earn bitcoin at various faucets and then I exchange it to the exchange as above.

In layman's terms, Bitcoin is a virtual currency that can be exchanged through online transactions, and is stored on a digital ledger. Once trading for pennies on the dollar, one unit now costs about $61,000. Most people with an interest in cryptocurrency are aware of Bitcoin, but they don't know how to trade Bitcoin to earn money. Here is a simplistic guide to learn about Bitcoin trading as a beginner:
