I believe that the best way to find good crypto is to seek the maximum information from that crypto coin related page itself. I would go with transparency, solution, roadmap and team efforts while classifying crypto coins. I generally do not blindly rely on others information and try to, directly and indirectly, dig maximum information from the main source itself.
Today, there are a lot of different resources that provide this kind of information. I would be extremely careful because you can run into scam. Without your own analysis and understanding of the market ICO, you can easily lose your money. Seeing in some channel Telegram interesting ICO and investing in it is silly. You need to have your own developed scheme for selecting interesting projects and only then decide in which coin to deposit your money. So be very careful. I will not advise Youtube or Telegram channels.
To find the potential crypto you should participate in community forums where they will comment as well as inform you about price issues as well as bitcoin or crypto development issues or you can search on social networks

To find good crypto I usually rely on 2 factors:
1. The ability to buy coin it?
Is this coin easy to buy?
It's easy to see coin listings on large trading platforms that are highly liquid, accessible to more buyers, thus increasing the value of coin.
However, not always because a currency can not be bought widely, does not mean you should avoid it. Sometimes there are exceptions
When a currency is hard to buy, it also means it can be underestimated. So if you have done your research then this is also a way for you to evaluate that cryptocurrency.
2. Marketing
Why a decentralized cryptocurrency and community need marketing? Well, the same reason why Apple still needs to promote their high quality products.
There are countless cases where great ideas have lagged by lower quality ideas, simply because marketing is not strong.
Before you invest in a currency, look at how your marketing team is marketed. Check out their Twitter account and any other social media channel.
Also find out who the key online influencers are promoting this coin.

Those paid memberships of exclusive groups are definitely more reliable than those that you can freely read and browse over the internet. Expect the most of what you can freely access in the internet to be lopsided. The premium groups are made of experts. The ones on free groups are made up of just anyone who wants to promote the coin they are holding.

You can watch the review on you tube, from the experts and from telegram and you can research on any social media. But you must know not just one crypto for to compare which one is better for reference
I found good crypto from the crypto related youtube channel, from the reviews of ICO experts and from the telegram.
There are many ways on how to identify good crypto. First, you need their social medias account ,like twitter/facebook. Also check their community, like telegram/discord/reddit. Look how they treat the community or their investors. And one of my criteria is the team behind , if they are active and legit, also if they have some meetups in some country.
By doing research you can find good cryptos and get more profit if you invested to this. Because not doing research can cause getting not potential altcoin because you buy a coin even you did not know the real purposes or information about the coin.

There are now many cryptos and as you say. It is difficult to assess the good cryptos. With my personal view of evaluating a cryptos that I consider to be good, I will judge based on the number of participants in the cryptos telegram. If the number of members is more then the quality of cryptos is good and vice versa. Second, we will look at twitter and facebook. is similar to the telegram channel. If the number of followers twitter and facebook many shows that cryptos good

Finding good cryptocurrency is very hard because you cannot easily determine if the coin has the potential so you better look at its statistics before investing a huge amount.

You can visit Ann Thread Board here in bitcointalk if you want to look for ICO but visiting websites that gives ratings to ICO's can be a big help but not 100% you can google them they are actually plenty. Never miss visiting their ann thread though because you will know if this is legit or not some people here are very good in spotting scam icos'.
Be careful of the ANN thread as well, there are people who are paid to give positive comments. Make sure you have a lot of resources in order to get a good information, this community is big so it will give influence on the readers.
