You don't need to find jobs that pays in BTC but you can start accepting BTC for the talent you have. Getting switching to other job that pays in BTC is not good rather switch your payment mode.
I think that programmers of the direction of blockchain can easily find work for btc. Channel administrators will pay projects with their internal currency, they are unlikely to use investment money to pay bonuses
There are so many ways in earning in crypto. First, you can go with airdrops, the more referrals and airdrops you join the more chances of winning. Second, join bounties especially signature campaign,youtube campaign and article campaign which gives you high rewards. And lastly, do some community managing or telegram moderator, in that way you can ask for btc and eth as a payment for your service.

Joining signature and bounty campaign is the only thing i know to have an online job that pays bitcoin. Becoming a telegram manager or bounty campaign manager is quite hard given the fact that we are already have trusted managers existing and people are afraid of new things because of the scam.

You can offer your services at the service section of the forum, however if you are really serious about trying to get some kind of job that pays in cryptocurrency then you need to build a portfolio of how many communities have you managed in the past and what were your results, if you do not do that then it's very unlikely that you are going to be hired to be the administrator of a community.

As far as i know telegram management is handled by some 3rd world freelancer who often are not qualified and with that its hard to get in.

You can find such a project from the Bitcointalk forum and all hunting platforms, but due to scarcity, you will rarely encounter such a task every year!
There are companies that offer subscription companies, with payment in bitcoins you need to search for it on the forum ,there is a topic ,spend more time and you will find what you are looking for.

There are so many places where you can get paid jobs with Altcoin, use your Facebook, Twitter and Telegram accounts. Try joining Social Media campaigns and you can choose ico that is currently underway. Try searching here: https://bountyplatform.io/

As already mentioned above, you can participate in many bounties - want, you can participate in social networks, and also can participate in a subscription company, in a translation company or content. Try it.
Get in touch with the admins or owners of the projects you are interested in. I have also seen websites like Fiverr, where you can put up your profile as a community manager (or other freelance). Look for crypto jobs and there are a number that come up actually..

There are so many online work that pay with btc. But you have to understand how and the way they operate before joining any online work. Because most of them were scam
You can find this kind of work in some new ICO projects, but the current BTC payment method is very rare. If you can get in touch with the ICO team directly, then you can try to negotiate with them!
