you can try joining signature campaign or social media campaign. The only deifference between the two is, in social media you need to have a certain number of followers or friends. If you think you meet the campaign rules, try joining and you can start earning weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly depends on the campaign.

you start joining signature campaign o bounty campaign. You will find it on services section for signature campaign and for the bounty try looking at bounty section. There you can choose where to join to earn btc or altcoins.

I haven't tried this myself but maybe its worth the try because there are users finding jobs there. Sooner when Blocklancer and some btc job sites are going to be popular, employers will also be there.
