A lot of people ask this question so often. Currently, the best way to earn bitcoin is to work, trade, or join a signature campaign. I would highly recommend a signature campaign, though, If you are active enough you can make decent money posting on this forum.

You can earn free bitcoin by joining signature campaign, there are some that accept newbie like you and me. They are very good and easy way of earning bitcoin, try them out.
Not going to mention faucets as they give you more work than btc, signature campaigns is a good start, and till last days i would say the only reasonable way to earn completely free btc, but you can always provide services in exchange for btc, give a look on services page here on the forum... even with you have the inability on graphical design (most of request) some time a simple review provider job is requested and almost anyone can do it.. give a look

wasn't bitcoin2048 a scam or at least a trollish game, in the sense that they will no pay you in the end? because it was fairly easy to reach a big amount there, many achieved 8192 numerous times

Not really free though, is it? You're giving them your precious time in return for piddling amounts. Time is the ultimate currency. We only have so much of it left and there are far more constructive and lucrative ways to spend it.
