Wrong. Newbies can join signature campaign but dont post because they want to, but post where they have to. A little satoshis as additional income is better than nothing

I think he means signature campaigns. If you do a signature campaign and post small/no content posts it leads in most cases to a bad.

It is to prevent someone from just going around doing one liners to boost their post count.

how so, there is 777coin and 64block, that offer spot for signature campaign, they are still available

64block payments are a bit slow but he pay, so they are both legit, also their escrow is top notch
