Hackers and scammers getting wallet data through different sources like forums or airdrops and bounty spreadsheets and sending useless tokens if you will not spread your wallet anywhere then you can get rid of the useless tokens, if you already have useless tokens and also receive them then just ignore them we can't stop them to receive these tokens.
Well, the question is what are the benefits they will get from sending these tokens? Are they making money from that? Coz in my end if that going to happen to me, I don't think that I would bother myself to trace where it comes from, I definitely sell them all if have value but these tokens have nothing.

I'm not sure how this makes sense for the scammers but for me, I'm going to ignore it and let it stuck in my wallet. But if someone will contact us regarding the token, we should never have talked to them.
The benefit to scammers from distributing these tokens is that if you try to withdraw these tokens or move them via their website, it will lead to losing your funds, so please be careful when interacting with any contract address. They also distribute these tokens to millions of targeted or random wallets addresses in order to defraud the largest number of victims and to increase the percentage of token holders in order to deceive people, so if you are surprised that there is a new token in your wallet, you should pay close attention, as this may be a trap from the traps of scammers.

To grow in price token must be useful for people to be in demand. Now NFT very popular and a lot of new collections appear that offers new interesting products and tools like https://twitter.com/Buakaw113/status/1517463376066396160 which offers NFT from the fighting ring to the digital world.

The competition beween cryptocurrency projects now is very high but it is very important to check how useful is the project to understand the demand in it.

you cant restrict entry of token to your wallet, you can only avoid it by not exposing your address publicly or neglecting it or abandoning the wallet to make a new one. random token flies about and its usually scammers attempting to steal your funds in a way you wont notice. be careful.

This is one of the major problems today and most wallets are full of such tokens. This is especially true of individuals who use their wallet addresses in various Bounty Campaign, Telegram groups, and AirDrop. The vast majority of us get such coins in our wallets. The significant thing is we shouldn't attempt to trade or sell such coins that are not in our insight assuming we do so we can presumably lose our different coins also so better to disregard such coins.

I don't think there is a way to get rid of useless tokens. Unless your wallet address is hidden from the world, probably not qualified for any airdrop or your wallet is empty or useless.

The only thing that you can do is to ignore it, don't trace where they come from, they can do this because of the very low fees in Binance chain the cost is small compared to people that will fall into this trap, I have one token where there are 50k or even more wallets that they've sent their token, scammers are good in making their project looks legit so always dig deep.
They will stop sending these shit tokens once Binance chain gas increases, so just ignore and only look on coins or tokens that you've invested or worked on.

The only way to avoid this shit tokens is using a base wallet for every coins, like if you want flux coins get the real flux wallet not those all in one crypto wallets like coinomi or trust wallet, I've noticed that these scam tokens are available on BSC network and ETH network only.

just ignore it buddy or remove it from your wallet list so as not to disturb your eyesight with worthless trash coins,

Yes that is the easiest way to get rid of useless tokens, clear all unnecessary tokens in your wallet that was totally useless and remove it permanently. These are just a disturbance to our eyesight and sometimes they are wasting our time also if we keep on searching and looking for it. There are a lot of useless tokens in the crypto space right now and we need to be vigilant which project is best for investments, some projects are made to fool people and scam others who don't have a proper knowledge.

There is no alternative way to remove them just ignore. Don't try to sell it any unknown coin by your wallet other wise it may reduce or lost your assets. Basically it those tokens provide by the hackers or scammers so avoiding is the best solution to get rid of the risk.

Scammers can also update their list at anytime using those explorers so that still does not spare the new addresses you will create. The only way I think these new addresses cannot receive them is when it is generated from custodial wallets since these scam or shit tokens will never be supported.
Well yeah, any strategy that will work to beat these people out of their activities by keep on sending those scam tokens should be tried.

Sometimes it's annoying if they keep on coming and that's why ignoring won't be enough but if you're used to it that's no problem. Just as said, if your wallet has a feature of hiding tokens, just do it so that you won't see those annoying names.

Do not post it publicly.
So the best thing to do is to abandon that wallet with scam tokens or unwanted tokens and then make a new one. Transfer your important assets from that wallet to the newly made wallet of yours.
And never post the address publicly so that marketers won't get a copy of your address for which they'll send those tokens in a batch along with other info that they've gathered.
Not posting publicly or changing to a new wallet also doesn't solve it. There are blockchains scanners so you can't prevent them even if you try to hide it from the public. Scammers can take snapshots of addresses with balances and send them tokens.

Probably the best thing is to get a wallet that has a feature to hide tokens you don't want.
MEW has that feature and I think other wallets too. Posting it publicly will help to minimize and reduce the possibility that those spam tokens will be sent to you.
That new address that you didn't post publicly won't be added to their lists and records where they'll just send a blast of those tokens that they've seen publicly.
Scammers can also update their list at anytime using those explorers so that still does not spare the new addresses you will create. The only way I think these new addresses cannot receive them is when it is generated from custodial wallets since these scam or shit tokens will never be supported.

I don't really think that you can do anything that you don't receive such tokens at all. In the end all data is on the blockchain including the public address of your wallet if you hare holding any token or have interacted with a contract or whatever. I would guess that the creators of such useless tokens are just exporting lists of wallet addresses that are holding certain tokens and then they bulk send their token to all those addresses. This is not happening that often anymore on the ETH chain because the fees are so high, which is probably the only positive effect of the high eth fees, but on the BSC chain i have also dozens of such tokens in my wallet. The best thing is to never interact with them at all.

just like what witcher_sense said, it would be best to just ignore them. posting your public address on forums, social media, etc... would increase the chance of you experiencing the same thing. it would be best if you refrain from doing that. just curious, what wallets were you using?
I'm not sure only those who paste their wallet addresses on social media get such. No one is exempted. I think these scammers get the addresses from the chain. We know how nothing is hidden when it comes to transactions on the blockchain. Anyone can view addresses. It makes it easy prey for scammers to copy these addresses and use for their criminality. Honestly, I wish wallet devs can implement a feature in settings that empowers users to turn on the ability of blocking unknown tokens through contract filtering the way we do with Truecaller app for spam calls.

You can't get rid of tokens that go into your wallet, but you should ignore them because most likely the incoming tokens is one of the ways for hackers who want to hijack your wallet, therefore you should be careful with those free tokens, never open and follow the instructions of the token system, by ignoring it, your wallet is very safe from fraudsters.
Usually this kind of coin will be sent when you get tokens from the bounty program, there are several tokens sent to my wallet, but out of curiosity I looked at the BSC scan, but these tokens are not listed on any exchange, so it's better to ignore tokens like this, because there is no benefit for us with the token and to avoid fraud, we better ignore it so that our swallow is safer
