To grow in price token must be useful for people to be in demand. Now NFT very popular and a lot of new collections appear that offers new interesting products and tools like https://twitter.com/Buakaw113/status/1517463376066396160 which offers NFT from the fighting ring to the digital world.

During the fall of the market only the best projects will be able to survive, such projects that are really necessary to the market and people.
Thanks this cryptocurrency will become better and more useful for people.

A lot depends how useful the project is and how it is in demand. Also important to have  a developed ecosystem and users that support the project even if market falls.

yes it is a trap. It's hard to say whether it's a real asset that suddenly magically enters the wallet or not. but simply if you don't participate in a similar project with tokens in your wallet don't ever do anything to those tokens. I'm sure what they say token dusting is true, I've experienced it myself. Before it's too late, it's better to use a clean wallet, try to periodically change the wallet.
If you go to the contract address of an unknown token then you will see millions of transactions and if only token has been sent from this wallet then you will understand that it is fake token. You can never connect that token to an exchange wallet because it is locked so all these tokens should be avoided.

A lot of cryptocurrency projects appear but not all of them are useful.
The more popular becomes cryptocurrency the more projects appear.
That is why it is necessary to carefully moritor the market to find the most prospective projects for investment.

Is there any way to stop unwanted tokens deposits in my wallet? I have used two different types of crypto wallets and I keep getting tokens I know nothing about, I read that those tokens are scammers trap and moreover I never worked for it.
The first thing you need to do is to stop joining airdrops for cryptocurrency that you don't think is valuable. As for the ones already in your wallet, you can send them out to a burn address or just ignore them.
I used to have many tokens obtained from airdrops in my ERC wallet, after realizing that they are just a waste of space and their values worthless, I abandoned that wallet, hence I stopped any form of airdroppings, fortunately I don't have any good and reliable tokens in it, it's a pity airdrops that was once another means of earning some decent income has turned to wasteful and scamming adventure, that era has gone for good, I think there should be a means of burning those tokens completely by getting rid and wiping them out of my wallet

What's surprising is that there are still many beginners who ask for ghost assets that are suddenly in their wallets. but that's better, than those who don't know and just keep quiet. at least it made a warning to others to be more careful.
to eliminate such an asset in my opinion is impossible. moving it to another wallet I think it will end the same.

If it makes your wallet really clean, the only way is to replace your wallet with a new one. Everyone nowadays is very worried about tokens suddenly entering their wallets. They call it token dusting which can give hackers wallet access if they transact anything with the token. For asset security, I don't recommend that you clean those useless tokens, if you feel your wallet is important at the moment, at least use your wallet to transact wisely. but if you only have assets left, immediately move them to a new wallet.

Yeah this happens with some of our wallets even though you did not use the wallet for any of those scammy sites however you might not know all these scam coins are in your wallet until you scan your wallet address on any of the networks address scan however for me I dont bother to import such kind of tokens to your wallet or even if they appear, you could just hide them and forget about them cos I dont think theres any other thing you can do.

Stop your curiosity, that's it! You can avoid anything if you don't think of anything that may harm your wallet.

Knowing that you did not do anything or participate to gain those fake tokens gives you that mindset not to be bothered and let
those coins stay and not be touched.

The time you got curious and try to move those coins will be the time that will give the scammer or hacker a time to penetrates
in your belongings inside that wallet.

I think the main reason why this happens to you is because most of the time you post you address publicly so that is why people know your address and that they can send useless token to that address of yours. And now that you know the main reason, the only way to stop it or totally getting rid if useless token that keeps on depositing to your address is to just simply stop posting or commenting your address on whatever sites it is either reddit, twitter, or facebook where most scammers are. I would recommend to just change to a new address and do what I have said above, doing so, you will no longer receive useless tokens and I believe you will feel more secure about your wallet. Get rid of those address most people know, since they know your address already, it is recommended to just change to a new address.

It can't be stopped if scammers send fake tokens in your wallet because you have revealed your wallet address. You can change your wallet address if you want to get rid of from useless tokens.
If you get a token bsc wallet without verification then forget it and avoid it. Because if you go to pancakeswap to sell that token then just deduct the fee and see unsuccessfully transfer. You will lose some money for paying the fee so avoid the scammer token.

sometimes every time you make a transaction then after that there will be a new coin in your wallet. it's a fraudulent coin that can't be sold.
I often come across that, there is no better solution than to leave the fraudulent coins in your wallet or choose another alternative such as creating a new wallet address. but the same thing will keep happening, better ignore it!
Many scammed tokens are everywhere in the market. Imagine doing an airdrop where the telegram bot will ask you to deposit some coins as fees before withdrawing your airdrops, the moment any telegram bot ask you these, just put it in mind that it is a scam. There are also legit tokens that you will see in your wallet and be hoping to swap it with your USDT, not knowing that it's a scam token. Scammed tokens don't have value, despite their Hugh price, it's all glitch. It can't be withdrawable and if you try to swap with either BNB or USDT, it automatically wipe out your wallet.

I don't remember if this is the same thread or not but I am sure that someone ask on how to get rid of useless token. I suggest that you shouldn't touch it and if you have some tokens or coins that are real or not scam then better transfer it to a new wallet and abandon the one you use before. There are people mostly are scammers who gather wallet addresses and send a bunch of scam tokens and when you see it you didn't even bought or got from someone you know. Just don't touch it and you can't also transfer the tokens if they locked it.
well, even when we send it to a new wallet, there is no guarantee that the scammer will not send another coin to our new wallet. it happened to me. I don't know why they do that, but it's really annoying. even they sometimes send scam coins it's more than 10 coins.
however, the best advice is to never touch those scam coins. we don't know what kind of scam he made on those tokens. in addition, if you check the coin on the pancake, then the coin is worth a lot, but the coin cannot be sold.

This kind of question has been asked before in this same altcoin discussion.
My answer still remain the same.
Their is no way one can stop spam tokens from entering your wallet. So far as transaction is going in and out of your wallet the spam tokens will be sent to your wallet automatically, I notice those spam token smart contract are programmed to send it's self automatically ones to every wallet that run recent transaction untill the programmed amount has been airdropped.

If you have made your address visible for them, then expect that they will keep on sending you useless tokens and once you take advantage on it, i guess you will also fall on their trap. Soi the best thing you will do is just ignore them for now, eventually they will stop sending you if they have realized that you'll never bite on it. Next time, if you open a wallet, just keep it private as much as you can so that they won't have an access from it and start sending you some traps for you to fall.
