If all the workers of the world refused to work and refuse to use fiat money billionaires would be crippled and their wealth would vanish.

Let's call it the richest. Talking about the rich or richest and the poor (average) depends on your personal experience, the society you brought up, your private and social network.

Being a rich is a discipline, a collection of good habits, a can do attitude... being rich is the skill set and a strong mindset.
This is my personal experience...
I find the richest society is more generous than the averages. They respect and value times of others. They are not necessarily that bad at all.

The private jet harrass : by making the laws for private jet fuel efficiency and noise pollution always harder it will be possible to harass the jet owners...
the private yacht harrass... same... always rising fuel and noise legislation...
for example private jet is less than X / miles : pay 2 times the new price... yes this law is retroactive...
ahhh and yes billionaires. you the the little gang. we know what some of you did on little st. james and how ALL of you stayed silent... and for that there is no other path than total war.
