Giving them job might not be enough for then because for me they really have to understand things. Its better to teach them than to feed them a job that later on they will not succeed. Hard work must be the key for people to survive, keep on looking for a better job on your own and learn new things everyday, its not an easy job but you can still do it.

Because sometimes there are people who are lazy not willing to work and just rely on the government donations or given by others. In my own personal opinion, the governments should be responsible in solving the economic problem but they are doing nothing only few people who have concerns about the economy of their country. Opening jobs for the people is really a good way to solve the economic problem to reduce unemployed people.

If you have the capability to open jobs for them, then why not? It could help many people and probably save them from poverty.
