Well, every other person seems to be saying that it is your fault that you are poor, improve your condition yourself, but no one tells you how to improve your condition when you are living in a country where there are places where you have to pay tax on even breathing. I think it is better if you state the country so that we can get a better idea. I find it very hard to believe that if you earn money on the internet and declare it, paying the corresponding taxes, they won't let you collect it. There are many people on the forum from poor countries earning money and being able to spend it, so unless you make your story more specific it doesn't ring true.

Scuse me, tax on breathing what now? Anyhow, what country is this? How is online work not allowed? Is the internet not allowed or something? If so, then howtf did you get here? If your THIS limited then yes, it'd be pretty hard to climb up from a poor position. Not impossible though, just harder compared to most other countries that have people climbing out of poverty. I'd honestly just get a good 9hr shift close to home, then study up from there with jobs that are in your locality. Everyone wants to be rich but not all people are willing to to do whatever it takes (except illegal activities) to do so. Everyone is living under different circumstances and most of these are related to your progress of being rich. If you're only earning enough and becoming hopeless of turning things around, just choose to always continue what you are doing towards your dreams. If you'd be impatient of things then stick with your 9-hr shift. Having a decent job will of course give you a boost towards weath, if not with certainty, at least closing the gap will be a huge help. If possible, push your capability to add more workload that will at least support the struggle or negate it.

Poverty is one of the biggest global issues, and there's no simple solution to it. I can't recommend much without knowing the situation, and situations are very different in different countries. For instance, the op mentioned that online jobs are illegal, but is that restriction ever enforced and is there a risk of criminal responsibility or big fines for that? Also, if it's hard to find jobs, what about being self-employed or starting up a small business to create jobs? On that note, what's the situation with obtaining education (because I know that sometimes it can actually be free or just very affordable in some low-income countries, which can be a good start)? Finally, is there any chance of saving up a bit and relocating to a different country where things might be easier?

There is no map to get rich, I think that's the point... you have to work, you have to meet people, you have to be able to take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way. And if luck looks at you, one of the opportunities will be a golden one. So no one can give you real advice on this. You are the one who has to look around you, look at your surroundings, and what possibilities are there for you. When you do that, take a step in a direction that suits you best, and never stop trying and giving your best and maybe you will get lucky.

If living in your country is tough, you have to find out how the ones who are rich learned to survive despite the struggles. I don't believe anyone was born rich, they were just born in a little bit favorable condition, that's all. It is easier to wish we were born in such a condition but, instead of wasting your time in such a manner isn't it better to start doing something? Learn how the one who made it made it. Knowledge can never fail you. The man who knows, who has information has a little bit of an advantage over the one who doesn't. Even rich people lose their wealth, but the man who is knowledgeable and wise can never be poor.
So, that's my advice to you. Study the life of the people who made it. Study the market, study the highest paying skills... Ad so on.. most importantly, take action. Wishing and thinking won't make you rich. Doing would.

People in the forum come from all over the world and each country will have its own difficulties, we cannot know all the difficulties that many other countries face.

From what country are you OP? I understand your situation and when people who are able to survive this challenge tell you this and that, that's giving you the hardship to analyze if it's possible to happen in your situation. While your country isn't open to online work, and the opportunities there are limited, the best solution that you can do is to go offshore and work abroad or go to some other local area or in the capital city of your country and try to find opportunities there. What's the law of your country about remote work? that's why I am curious where you are living because only a few country that doesn't allow this setup.

Is there currently a country as bad as this in the world? everything is difficult even online work is prohibited? I don't understand how the government can ban it when they themselves don't guarantee jobs. So far I am not sure there are conditions like that in one country, there are no resources that can be utilized for profit, even in poor countries every individual will need each other so they can create transactions in their own way. Have you ever visited an inland tribe? where do they live without online work, without fiat, without any modern sources but can still take advantage of everything around them? Take a look at the crazy people you've seen walking along the side of the road. Not only are they poor, but are they alive? It's no longer about being rich or poor, dying poor or dying rich. Basically humans still have reason if they are still sane, have instincts if the person is crazy and what else? Even animals know how to find food without needing fiat.
Actually is not easy to be successful when thee are many obstacles but knowing and accepting the obstacles is a stepping stone to becoming successful. So you have to acknowledge that things are the way they are and you can’t change the tax amount or the inflation.
Now the next step is looking at what you can do as a person. I am talking about our abilities, your skills, your passion. When you figure that, you decide how much time want to be making, and if your abilities/skills can make it happen. Then you have to do the calculation where you check how possible it is for you to make that money. Do you need to improve your skills, make more connections, etc. What I am saying isn’t a solution, it’s rather a problem solving technique.
