Transaction always need internet ,if you accept payment using bitcoin or ethereum you should provide internet for your customer so that they will attract to buy using bitcoin and not their cash money. In addition to what you have listed, easy of use should also be considered. I should be able to transact via SMS, I should not rely 100% on internet before completing a legitimate transaction. I should able to also sing and complete a transaction using my email as an identity rather than the long strings of wallet which is not easy to memorize. Easy of use will add to mass adoption in my own opinion.

I think the question here would be security. People is very intimate when it comes to food and the concept to employ Bitcoin on food businesses is quite excellent. However, people who purchase foods in businesses like these are not all Bitcoin users. For common people, I think they will need more education regarding Bitcoin's power and have the be assured of the safety and the legitimacy of Bitcoin. For Bitcoin users, it is needed for them to be assured in terms of security because being scammed is not an option in the first place. They would be very careful for their Bitcoins to not be wasted on a simple stomach craving. The initiative I think, for this to be in action is from the local government itself. However, now cryptocurrencies are losing in comparison with cash, if only because some fee needs to be paid for some transfer, and the lower the amount, the higher the commission on it. Or do you somehow compensate your customers for the transfer fee?

I guess this was a good start for an adoption but not enough to generate mass adoption. Maybe if this will be implemented and a lot of businesses implemented this also, we can expect that in some time the bitcoin ecosystem will boom again. It is possible to happen and also possible that it will not, it really depends to the people and to those bussiness if they are bullish with bitcoin. As we heard in the news Visa started to accept btc and this was good for crypto space.

This integration of crypto in our everyday life can surely results to an adoption because we tend to use it if it is available to the market or in your case a restaurant. I also saw news about Bitcoin in the TV broadcast. In addition, now that I'm a college student I would sometimes encounter people who are familiar with Bitcoin and in cryptocurrency in general but most of them are quiet skeptical and treated as a very risky investment and somehow I agree that's why you need to do research first so that you will not be surprised as how the cryptomarket sways since it would go from very high to very low.
