It is really hard to introduce bitcoin to the beginners at first , but if your talking about making a course regarding bitcoin, i think there are already some of courses since other courses have about business at trading about demand and supply if they know how to manage something then they easily learn from bitcoin since they knew about trading from other market , Also there are some website that are offering some blockchain courses where you can easily adopt some of the topic since they already have some videos and you're going to take some of the exams.

Yes. It is true that bitcoin discussion is very hard to cope up and to explain to others but what if you can handle it properly and you did a good explanation, imagine that you can help to others. For me, explaining is the hardest part but the most important part in knowing bitcoin. Brcause of the explanation, you can give a person a idea on how they will look into the bitcoin and how they will handle every situation of it. If you really don't know enough about it, you can alwayas ask or seek for help from your friends. Bitcoin isn't that thing that is hard to understand but it is a thing we need to take seriously more over the explanation part. Just explain it to other in thr way that you can ecplain properly and understandable. Bitcoin might have a lot of ideas and things that need to understand but believe me, it is worth trying for.

2. Traders and the people who know about the Bitcoin should held the Events monthly and yearly basis.

it is too complicated and who will be a contributor to such an event, at least ordinary traders prefer simple trading. actually there is no need to do anything complicated to explain bitcoin. because if we really understand the ins and outs of bitcoin, of course we will explain it in simple language that can be understood by the general public. create a kind of illustration related to everyday life. the point is bitcoin is simple, which is trading something that has a selling value. anything can be illustrated with bitcoin, buy food, drink, clothes. actually bitcoin is the same as that, and it's commonplace in everyday life. it's just that we ourselves make it complicated.

I think it's not very hard to introduce bitcoin to anyone because bitcoin already has become so popular .and it seems to me that in comming time  bitcoin will be so popular like dollar ,and even one will know about bitcoin.and these days those people who didn't know any thing about bitcoin also want to know about bitcoin. Because they know the million of people all over the world using bitcoin.

It's difficult to introduce bitcoin to the people who don't have interest about it. Others also needs proof to believe in bitcoin. Now that bitcoin is already part of the subject in some universities, it means spreading knowledge about bitcoin is not too difficult for the students and young people because they are also focus on the internet and online activities.
We don't need to force them to believe us nor we wanted to make ourselves and trust to crypto is also believable by them. It could sad but the truth is that Bitcoin investment is clear to say that this is only for those risk-takers and open-minded individuals, not these doubtful minds.
because if they are interested to know more about Bitcoin, about crypto they will ask you first, not that us who share and feed them.

Crypto space is welcoming everyone but not all of these people welcome Bitcoin in return and for some reasons that they heard about nega things, scam, and frauds that gives them worries.

1) In my opinion, blockchain should be an optional subject in the university program.  Most people don't need to know all the technical issues related to blockchain.  The main thing is to teach them how to use the Electrum wallet and conduct transactions.

2) I believe that events to promote blockchain technology should be held monthly.  It is very important that new developers and testers come to the cryptoindustry.  Bitcoin Core developers wrote that testers are in short supply.  Because of this, the introduction of new technologies is slower.

3) Video content is very important.  Today's youth perceives video information much better than text information.  In my opinion, it is not enough to be limited to YouTube video hosting.  To popularize blockchain technology, you can also use new messengers, for example, tik tok.

Blockchain and bitcoin are two different things. Bitcoin is a currency used to trade or buy something. While blockchain is a network where bitcoin and other types of crypto transactions are recorded.
If one wants to improve his knowledge about blockchain tech and make it a career then he should really go to those schools that OP mentioned or find a course about it.
But if you only want to learn bitcoin, surfing the internet is enough to learn about its basics and fundamentals based on my experience.

1. Blockchain should be the Elective or Compulsory subject at University level.
It sounds as good idea, but how could it actually come true? There aren't so many people working in the area of blockchain and cryptocurrency, so who will teach all the students?

I'm sure there are a lot events like ones you are writing about. Check out https://eng.ambcrypto.com/list-of-events-2020/

3. Youtubers should make simple videos to understand the bitcoin or Blockchain. In all countries and in all languages. ( That's mean there must be a youtuber from every country)
Maybe it'll be a kinda difficult for some developing countries. But I've already found some cool explanation videos in my native language.

I don't see any bad idea with OP's topic, in fact, I see it as for the betterment of the entire cryptocurrencies especially Bitcoin which may lead to global adoption.

To answer the OP questions:

  • Ans #1.  Yes, it must be added particularly to the curriculum of courses that is related to technology, economy, and finance.
  • Ans #2 If it's for education and awareness of everyone then I tend to agree with it but should be limited to the information of blockchain and not with trading because the two came from different fields IMO.
  • Ans#3 Youtube and news right now often criticize bitcoin and cryptocurrencies if this is one way that would enlighten the mind of those people who are not willing to go to school nor any seminars to learn cryptocurrencies then I suppose this is the best way.

I suggest you go to your local aboard and seek information about the school universities that studying blockchain technology.  Or a piece of simple advice to google everything they wanted to know about Bitcoin.

There are many people who don't know about Bitcoin. I am not saying it by my opinion. I just made my first topic in which I asked about it. And many of us replied positive.

My First Topic.

Now I am going to suggest something and also want your opinion.

1. Blockchain should be the Elective or Compulsory subject at University level.

I think blockchain has been around for a long time, it's just a different version. the reason is that at the university majoring in economics, transaction systems, buying and selling, banking have been studied there. it's just not in broad terms on behalf of the blockchain. and I think blockchain knowledge is a development from conventional to modern transaction knowledge.
In essence, it has a transaction system between the seller and the buyer. blockchain with digital data whereas conventional transactions use manual data.
it's just a matter of development.

1. As far as know there are already universities offering blockchain technology courses. Not only that there are a lot of online courses as well.

You don't need to study that deep if you just want to have knowledge about nlockchiain, those people go to university is those people who want to became developer someday.

3. Maybe, but we all know that Youtube is a platform to make money as well, so I don't know if there youtubers that will simply create video about blockchain technology or bitcoin without thinking of incentives.

For simple learning you can find many video tutorial in youtube and other social media websites or in the web there are many article that already have depend on what you want to learn.

In my opinion YouTube is overloaded about Bitcoin content already, there are too many channels, the most important thing is to find good one with qualitative content. Universities are not best choice. The life itself is very dynamic and the educational programms  there  are mostly outdated. Because before the educational program will be adopted the situation with some direction may change. The best choice is to show real concrete examples in life of using. And of course to tell about Bitcoin only for thise who really wants to know.

Some knowledgeable influencers do what you are suggesting but remember it is not their responsibility to do so. If they contribute, we should appreciate their time and contributions. If they don't contribute, don't attack them.

Sometimes, it can cause side-effects if you are talking too much about one thing to a close-minded person. If the person you are talking with doesn't show any interest, for a few times, let's stop at this stage. If that person need information later, (s)he will find you, and it will be a time for you to talk more.  Wink

So I guess let bitcoin promote itself, we have seen that in recent months it has been covered by mainstream media, like: https://www.aljazeera.com/economy/2020/11/30/famously-volatile-bitcoin-hits-new-record-topping-19857, so the word is quickly spreading.

In my opinion, blockchain is not a universal technology.  This technology is useful in trustless systems.  Thus, this technology has very limited applications.

The most successful implementation of Blockchain technology is a virtual world currency with a Proof-of-Work consensus algorithm (i.e. Bitcoin).

What should be taught in universities?  In my opinion, the principles of decentralization.  It is very important.  It is also very important to teach students how to surf the Internet safely.

Technology is not the most important thing.  In any system, the weakest link is the person.  Freedom, anonymity, confidentiality, decentralization are the main principles.  Blockchain technology doesn't make sense without them.

1) IMO blockchain should not be a compulsory subject at university level. You can't tell an electric engineer that he needs to learn about blockchain. Perhaps for database IT study programs, blockchain should represent a compulsory domain for study, but again - blockchain is not yet implemented at a level which obligates people to learn about it.

2) I think there are plenty of events organised in the crypto sphere especially in the digital space. Just look at all the youtubers that create content around it. As a matter of fact I have just watched Robert Kiyosaki expanding on the subject.

3) I agree. Short and simple makes the dream work! Smiley

1. In this day and age you don't need the universities to teach you something, the information is all out there and can easily be acquired.

I agree. YouTube University is always present in lending a hand to whoever needs help on anything, I mean anything.

2. Absolutely not. If you want to introduce a new technology and this new decentralized "currency" to people the "traders" are the last people you should look at. They neither understand nor care about bitcoin at all. All they care about is fiat and how much more of if they can gain.
Other experts such as Andreas Antonopoulos who are actually knowledgeable have been educating people for years now.

Correct. Asking people first if they are interested or not is a must to avoid wasting time explaining about Bitcoin and Bitcoin enthusiast isn't not obligated to conduct seminars or event (unless it has a talent fee) and depends on the survey if many will come or not.

3. Youtube is already filled with garbage bitcoin related content, most of which discussing the price and some its technical aspects in a pretty terrible way. What you should have said is we need better content like what Andreas Antonopoulos has on Youtube.

I couldn't agree more. Most of the YouTube videos I see that's Bitcoin related are just investment scams, faucets, and referrals. Other YouTubers promote trading platforms even if they don't know how to use it, how ironic. I also want to say that Bitcoin related videos only have small views compare to non-bitcoin related videos.

Waiting for your suggestions.

In my university, we discussed first a little background about Bitcoin then we went straight to the technology of Blockchain to furthermore understand how BTC really works and how important Blockchain technology is to cryptocurrencies, we tackled about smart contracts, e-wallets and how they work, how does fiat differ from cryptocurrency, and etc. all I can say is that having a smooth talk and an action plan would make Bitcoin easier to tackle, well, in terms of universities and schools, In my opinion, when you are to introduce Bitcoin to someone, you really do need to find the certain phrases that will get their attention and become much more curious.
