I think real experience is more needed to learn to trade. Because trading without real experience is more likely to suffer losses. to trade I think there are many stages. but for beginners the most important thing is to maximize time, trade management, and also maximize existing profits. so you still trade, but small scale will be better because it is for learning and also for training your skills.

Sometimes even though you have the will power and the determination to learn the trading but I have seen guys who are trading wit bitcoins and alts for quite sometime like around 2 years and they still struggle to find which is the best alt to invest and when trading with bitcoins they are always unsure if market will go up or down.

Exactly, well on my experience videos doesn't help me much, i learn trading by experience and by reading then doing a trial and error.
